Every time I go to Jalin Jewelers I am welcomed by the Owner. The staff treats you like family. On my first visit to the store they asked me a few questions on what I was looking for and immediately sent me in the right direction. The staff is very knowledgeable of all their products. I didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable like I do in other stores. It was a quick in and out with great customer service! I will continue to buy all my jewelry from Jalin Jewelers.

Working with Jim at Jalin Jewelers was a really pleasant experience. He helped me select a diamond for my fiancees engagement ring, he talked to me about the pros and cons of different types of settings, and he even took the time to show me how to see different types of flaws in diamonds. I also learned that the diamond needs to have the correct proportions in order to really have that inner fire that looks so good. So bigger wont always be better!
