Update 2: Tom reached out to me afterwards and offered to correct the sizing of my rings. I was quoted two weeks, possibly longer, but it ended up arriving earlier than expected. In the end, I was thoroughly impressed by Toms professionalism and earnestness to ensure his customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Update: I had to send my ring back to resized the same day I went in to pick it up because my size change request was never communicated with the ring manufacturer. There ring had not been cast yet when I first contacted them about the size change. Tom acknowledged this and said that they would cover the costs to get my ring sized correctly. It would take two additional weeks, but they would call me once its back in. Mistakes happen, so its not a big deal. Two weeks turn into over a month without a call, so I call them. The sales lady who picks up the phone said that theyre too busy to check but shell call me back in an hour. No call. I call them back the next day, and the salesman tells me that they got the ring back and apologizes that I wasnt contacted. When I pick up the ring, it doesnt feel like its been resized at all, but Tom brushed it off when I asked to check the size stating that my new rings are going to feel tighter because the band is wider than my original set. Its wider than my wedding band, but not my original engagement ring. I went ahead and got the sizing checked by a couple of other jewelers who confirmed that the ring was still the original, incorrect size. In all fairness, if my ring wasnt a Verragio ring then there likely wouldnt have been an issue since they could fix that in house. The sizing isnt a big difference, and Im still able to wear the set (with a little bit of difficulty taking it off). Still, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Original: The staff was friendly, and Tom was very patient while I selected my jewelry. I would definitely shop here again.

on December 2010, My wife and I decided to purchase a necklace from Marc Samuels . We told them what we exactly wanted. Murad, the owner, said he can make that for us for exactly $3000.00. We asked for 18 or at least 14 karat white gold and three pieces of good quality Diamonds. He showed us some samples of his pervious work and the diamonds that he was done use for us for the necklace. He made it for us in couple of weeks. He said he will give us the appraisal next week after the Holidays. He never did. we called the store several times and every single time, they had an excuse for not giving us the actual receipt or appraisal. we only have a pink paper reciept that they gave us the first day. After couple of months, my wife noticed that her chain is getting dark. we took it back to him to see why it is turing color. He said "the white gold that we used is 10K and in order for me to change it, you have to pay another $700.00." My wife and I got upset to know that he did not give us at least 14k gold to begin with. we left his place. I took it to another jewler in frisco, to get a qoute and change the dark chain. I was told the chain is SILVER, not even gold. This guy "Murad" acts like he is so honest and trustworthy, and says his customers are like family to him, but he is in this business ONLY to rip people off. I will not recommend this place to any body . stay away from them. they do not stay behind their work. they have no work ethics, and that is not how you do business with people.

Marc Samuels Jewelers is the best jewelry store in DFW in my opinion! The price and service they provide is excellent. When I began my search in mid November for an engagement ring I went to Robbin Brothers first. I went to several of their locations and they kept trying to sell me an SI diamond with the amount of money I wanted to spend. They even tried to force me to put down a deposit to view a diamond from one their other locations and could not gurantee they would have my ring ready for my Christmas proposal. I was so frustrated! I found Marc Samuels Jewelers and spoke to the owner Murad who was very nice and easily accessible. Marc Samuels Jewelers had a wide variety of better quality diamonds and bands. Marc Samuels Jewelers provided me with a VS1 diamond that was colorless and with an excellent symmetry and Simon G bands for a much better price than I would have spent at Robbin Brothers. He also personally promised me that my ring would be ready a week before my proposal date and it actually was ready a week and 1 day earlier LOL. The proposal went as planned and it turned out wonderful. My fiance said "YES" and is very pleased with her ring just like I was pleased with the price; so it was a win-win! My fiance plans on getting my wedding band from Marc Samuels Jewelers as well. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Marc Samuels Jewelers to not only my family and friends, but to anyone looking for good quality jewelry for a good price!

We were shopping for engagement rings, and found one that she liked but which was out of our price range. They said I could fill out an application for the interest-free financing, just to see if I could get it. Well I did, and they said the application would be open for two weeks, so that we could shop around at other places...but if we didnt want their ring, the application would be closed out after two weeks with NO commitments. We shopped around, found a ring and diamond she liked better for a much better price somewhere else, so I just let the two weeks thing expire. Well about a week after that, I got a call from Wells Fargo making sure I had my jewelry that I bought from Marc Samuels! I had NEVER confirmed that I wanted that ring! But they went ahead and assumed the sale after having told me that there was no obligation?! Really? Luckily, Wells Fargo was great about it and said that they would remove the charge from that account and that they would call Marc Samuels and have them cancel the sale. I thought the service was pretty good up until the point they sold me a ring that I had never agreed to buy! I would be very careful here, especially about filling out the credit application - make sure they do what they tell you they will do.

The best Jewelery purchasing experience I ever had. We entered Marc Samuels Jewelery store just to take a look at the engagement rings. We always thought that it would be a long process involving a lot of research and negotiation. We visited a few stores to get an idea about the prices. When we came to this jewelery store and looked at several beautiful rings. Then the owner quoted prices for them. And my fiance asked him how much would the ring be with the diamond? And he said that price is for evething including a life time warranty. I still remeber the smile on our faces. All the other places we had checked earlier had quoted exhorbitant prices just for the mountings. At Marc Samuels, we found a gorgeous setting that I had always dreamt of, and an awesome EGL certified diamond at a price that was well within our budget. The store has professional and friendly staff, who actually make sure that you look at all the different possible options and then pick your favorite one. Marc Samuels Jewelers gave me my dream ring.. and I am very proud and happy to possess it!!
