After receiving excellent service on my first visit to have my Note 2 unlocked, I returned with my fiance to purchase a Galaxy Note 3 an an iPhone 4 for his daughter. I was told that the Galaxy handset was brand new, and it did appear to be with all of the factory stickers visible. I was given a charger in a box and no box for the handset. OK, fair enough, didnt need the box anyway. My problems stems from the fact that the charger I was given, Im told, was an aftermarket charger that can damage my phone, which brings about my next problem. My charging port is loose and that specific charger NO LONGER CHARGES THE HANDSET. I went to AT&T and the factory charger works flawlessly. How was the phone "brand new" if it doesnt even have the proper charger? I have spent a LOT OF MONEY in this establishment, I dont deserve to be hustled. My fiance went back in and asked about the problem and was dismissed with the conclusion that "It doesnt come with a box." Without a receipt, which they never give you, it is very hard to file a Better Business Bureau complaint. So Ive resorted to redirecting all prospective customers to Code Red Wireless, or to the beauty store at Hudson and McGuffey on the North side. Also, the gentleman that runs the grocery side has a rude disposition and acts as if hed rather be beating his head into a wall than to speak to you about the merchandise behind his counter. Sad that Im noticing thus business isnt upholding the integrity that I experienced at first.

My phone was stolen from dublin and when looking at Find My iPhone, it said it was in this store! I went to look and theres homeless people outside bragging about selling stolen phones. I went inside to ask if my phone had been sold there and he said nobody came in. I called the police and told them and the person at the front desk said "Nobody came to sell a phone today and I cant look at the camera footage to prove it because I cant log in, the owner is out of the country" HE THEN CHANGES HIS STORY to "ok, somebody came in to sell your phone, but i didnt buy it" and then told the police theyd need a warrant to view the footage. The police said they cant force him to show it, even though find my iphone says its RIGHT INSIDE!!!! Apparently they know that because theyre in a bad neighborhood, the detectives wont even give a situation like this the time of day... So basically Julian sells, or tears apart for parts, peoples $600 iPhones.. Worst experience Ive ever had.

....but EXCELLENT at wasting my time Strike 1: Back ordered the part WITHOUT consulting customer Strike 2 : It ended up being the WRONG part Strike 3: Told parental that calling HTC was the only way to fix phone [Im not that stupid] Went to CPR later that day...phone was fixed the same day....FOR $15 CHEAPER AND A BETTER WARRANTY Lesson: Be wary of any establishment thats still uses a receipt book. doesnt accept credit cards, and has no actual website in 2014.

Terrible service. They lied about what their repairs would cost - it ended up being three times their estimate, despite there being no added work or other problems that surfaced during their service. Ive since had to have another shop fix the issue. To add insult to injury, their car cut me off in traffic the day after I paid them. They very nearly drove me off the road today as I attempted to peacefully pass them in traffic. Avoid this business at all costs!

They fix my Samsung Memoir by putting 2 broken ones together, making a good one. He put the broken parts back together and I sold it in eBay for parts. Then he unlocked 2 new Samsung Galaxy s3s for a much better price than I could find anywhere. Next he put a new screen on a broken iPhone S4 for my brother out of state by mail. Really, you cant do much better than that, and you would have to pay the big price at a carriers store.

Was in a hurry, so I call and ask what time do you open on Sunday? "11:00am" just like it says here. So I get to Julians "Foods" and see no one in the little back corner where Im assuming he works. I ask the store clerk where he is, he tells me "sometimes he shows up at 11:30." with an attitude pretty much saying "leave me alone." Well thank you so much for wasting my time. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought in my iPhone 6plus to get the screen fixed. I was very happy with my experience , the phone was fixed in a hour and was only 150$ . I was told by other places it would cost $250 or more and I would have to leave my phone for a couple days . so needless to say you guys got my business . thanks a lot ... o and they fix computers so I will be bringing one of my laptops in.

Their screens are cheap and made from China, mine lasted two weeks before it cracked didnt even drop it and I had a otter box and a glass screen protector on it and it cracked, they didnt give me a refund and said they cant do anything about, horrible customer service, I would not reccomend coming here unless you want to get ripped off

This storefront looks a little sketchy (the sign says Julians Foods, not Julians Wireless), but dont be deterred! The guys in the back know what theyre doing. They replaced my cracked iPhone screen in about 20 minutes. I called around before deciding where to go, and they had the lowest price and fastest service.

Thank You Thank You Thank You! Posting on my new iPhone screen now! This guy replaces iPhone screens like a NASCAR pit crew changes tires! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I (heart) my iPhone again! I cant thank you enough. Plus apple charges 220 to replace a screen, Julian charges 85. I saved 135!

I called because I had a few questions about getting my phone screen fixed. The person who answered was very rude, cut me off, and stopped talking to me and began talking to someone in the background for about a minute. I was very appalled at their attitude and will NOT come to do business here.

This shop does decent work but is extremely overpriced. Only would consider them as a last resort. response: Screen repair was quoted at $320 for a Note 5. Competitor did it for $240. They also were selling a note 5 for $475 when a competitor was selling one for $380.
