Honey Basil

The only thing this store and its employees care about is financing a phone for you. If you are having any problems with your phone find another store. They were rude and uninterested in finding a solution for us, other than selling us another phone. They said our LG G4 was a "bad" phone, even though they sold it to us. We have been T-Mobile customers for almost 15 years and they treated us like lepers.

Having an issue with my Note 2 not charging I was getting nowhere with the tech support at T-Moble. Walked into this store and they did a replacement for me. Put my SIM card in my old Galaxy S2 phone and re-activated it. When the new phone came in they reversed the process and did all of it with a smile and, no questions asked. This store will get all of my business from now on.

Staff was personable, but always busy. Not much selection for accessories and was referred to online / customer service for more complicated issues.
