Cricket Wireless does not stand up behind their product... upgraded my phone approximately 30 days ago spent $200,,, I have a lot of issues that are going on with the phone and they will not take care of the problem they keep jacking you around... right now their customer service stinks... we will see what they do in the next 7 days if they keep their promise??? If they keep their promise to me I will write another review and let you people know... right now I would not recommend Cricket Wireless to anybody,,, very bad customer satisfaction... buyer beware!!!

Excellent customer service! Switched from Verizon and couldnt be more pleased! Cell service is great, the representatives are incredibly helpful, and we never encounter obscure fees like we used to with Verizon. Not to mention were paying less than half of what we paid at Verizon, and getting more data, more texting, and more talking. No complaints here!

The best customer service Ive ever encountered at a cell phone store. Ive dealt with Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile and Sprint-Nextel customer service centers where you are treated as just a number there. The manager and staff here truly care and takes the time to assist the customer personally with what best suits their wants and needs.

The young girl with dark hair was very rude to me and the couple that was helped before us. She sent me away with no information and treated me like I was an idiot when I asked how to check if I phone was unlocked. Definitely will NOT be going back to this location.

The store is bright and clean but yet it feels dirty somehow. I think its due to the following. Different prices on phones in store compared to online. 10% of the displays are missing phones. 70% of the phones on display dont have prices listed.
