BEWARE!!! These are RUDE and DISHONEST people; the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced! Cindy was very pushy and changed the data on my plan to "save me money", but I was fined for going over on data the very next day. I wanted a different color phone that was out of stock, but she pressured me into buying this one anyway saying, "Id like this one better". I argued with her about it for a minute because its not the one I wanted, but she started ringing it up anyway. I decided to just take it and deal with the color, but I later discovered she never deactivated my old phone, and after the data overage hit I decided to return it because I didnt trust the woman or want her to have my business. When I went back to return it, she harassed me about it even though I had the receipt and was within the timeframe to return it! I ended up eating the cost of the screen protector just to be done with her. I warn you, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I cant believe they are still in business and hope nobody has the same experience I did.

Dont waste your time go somewhere else! Bought an iPhone 6 they offered my friend screen protector and case 80$ all together not including the phone.. Ok sure your telling her nothing is going to break and its going to be indestructible sure. 2 days after having it it fell waist high shes 5.3 and the phone didnt fall on the screen it fell back side. She thought it was only the screen protector so she took it in. Come to find out it was the whole thing and they said 125$ to replace the screen. Her mom called and after being a loyal customer for 13+ years they offered her 60$ for a replacement screen. Waited a week and finally got a call for the tech guy handing the phone off to the owner and the owner said no 85$ Ill be losing money. Guess what assholes I paid 60$for a broken screen on my iPhone and 60$ for hers to get fixed too from where the Apple Store. They felt so Bad for us the cut us a deal. They even said that they get a lot of customers that come from that store. Do not give them business!!!!!

I took my Samsung phone in because it stopped taking a charge. Cindy assured me that it would only take a day for the phone to be evaluated by her technician. It took 4 days and I was only given a loaner phone after 3 days. The repair cost for my phone was high enough that I decided to upgrade to a new phone instead. They assured me that my new plan would cost $96 monthly and I would be moved from 2GB to 3GB. My first bill came in at $132 and only had me at 2GB. I talked to Cindy and Fadi and they promised to look into it, but came back and said my bill was accurate. Theyre either incompetent or frauds. Stay away!!!!

I came into this store and Cindy helped what an amazing representative. She got me the best plan got me the best phone. She was excellent she transferred everything on my phone she helped me create a new apple ID because another store added one and I had no clue what the password was she was so pleasant she took the time to do everything for me. I will recommend her to everyone she is the BEST!!!!!!!!!

I went to Verizon on 17 and Mound and I am SOO impressed with the customer service and extra help that they provided me. I have been to a few other Verizon stores and have never been this happy. Cindy and Fadi went above and beyond to help me and made sure things would go smooth. They even transferred ALL of my apps, texts, contacts, pictures/videos to my new phone!!! They are the BEST!

I recently bought a cell phone cover and it broke on the first day. The store clerks wouldn’t return or exchange it. I had the receipt and offered to bring the box the next day. He stated that he "couldn’t do anything with the cover now but throw it in the garbage". This wasnt my fault. My advice would be to choose another store to do business with! Poor customer service.

This is an unofficial Verizon store. They couldnt pay my bill for my prepay Verizon phone. I had cash and wanted to add a month to it. Pretty basic stuff. An official Verizon store did it for me without having to even go to the counter. I gave them an extra star because I feel bad for them because they are so nice.

Best experience in getting a new cell phone. Stephen, my salesperson was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all options about the phones available. He was personable and polite with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Verizon Wireless as my carrier of choice.

Great exprience at this location. Joe and Fadi are very knowledgeable. I went from a flip phone to a smart phone. Joe and Fadi were very patient in walking me through the transition. Been to other Verizon locations and this is by far the best. Very courteous and patient.
