I love this location. I will never go to any of the other locations including "Corporate" locations ever again. The customer service and dedication to the customer here is truly incredible. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about, who will be honest with you, and answer all your questions and help you any way they can, than this is the place for you. The owner and staff, if they do not know the answer to your question they will tell you up front, but they will also tell you that they will find out and let you know, and they always do. They take their time and do it right at this location. I will continue to ALWAYS go back to this location.

I called and asked for a phone I wanted because the "sprint" phone I had took a proverbial "crap" with the touchscreen not working. They didnt have the pone in stock, but assured me they could have it in store by opening time, as well as offering me a used phone I could use until then, since I couldnt even call 911 if I needed to. I couldnt ask for more. They always give me deals on everything, whether its taking the sales tax off, or giving me a $25 case for $10. Theyre great people, and very understanding... I love them up there!

Wonderful, Honest, Caring Owners! I work sometimes out of state and he and Karla helped my wife pick out the best new upgraded cellphone, set it up, charged it completely and added an app on my cell so that I could video talk my wife & daughter when out of town!! And Tony even went way out of his way to make sure my wife could make it just in time to be fedexd for this morning first thing. So I wouldnt be without a phone for very long. A HUGE thank you to both Karla and Tony! Keep up youre #1 customer service!

Tony at this metro pcs is the best location. Im disabled and he always walks to my car to see how Im feeling, if i can walk in today. Like today they closed at 7, he stayed here until almost 9pm to help me. Let i remind everyone this is a family owned bussiness not a corp. I was apauled at the new corp store they put in down the street. Plz help family owned business. Also both him and his wife has incredible customer service. Thanks so much for everything. I will be a forever customer at this location!!!

I was having lots of trouble with my phone Tony tried his hardest to get it to work but was unable I know the phone was old, so I went ahead and purchased a new phone I couldnt remember my password to my gmail so Tony went out of his way to reset my password now I got all of my contacts back Ill never go anywhere else I can always count on Tony for help he is extremely helpful and customer friendly. Tony and Karla are excellent and I highly recommend this location to anyone that has Metro Pcs.

Best Metro PCS store Ive ever been to. The owners Tony and karla make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and always help with any questions or concerns that you may have. They always treat everyone with respect and take time to know you as a person and not just a customer. Tony and Karla always greet each person as soon as they walk in. This is the most family friendly store and I recommend everyone to shop in this great store with these awesome people

This is the only MetroPCS dealer I will go to. Most of the time going out of my way to do business here, and I will never go anywhere else. The owners dont treat you as some number and rush you out the door like other stores, they take time to go over everything and anything. All my questions are always answered, and I always feel like, as a customer I matter when I shop here. Very neat and well kept store, and the owners just make you feel right at home.

Hay im starting to get into the social media so i wanted to leave a good word here about Tony & Karla the owners Ive been coming here for years I dont live close anymore I drive 4 miles just to pay my bill I must of passed 2 other metroPCS stores on the way but dont mind it at all because if i have a problem with my phone I know that Im in good hands, I love the kids too ---very good people.

First off all i got ripped off by tony overcharged me on the phone by too much Second tony told me I was getting a free accessory but charged me for it thats not free I am done with you guys I will be taking my business elsewhere I consider everyone else do the same thing This is not right what they are doing to customers

The customer service is awesome Ive never had a problem with my phone always a great selection to chose from. That have helped me with everything I needed I havent gone to any other place since coming here in 2008 ...highly recommend if looking for great phone and great service

I am not very tech savvy and Tony spent so much time helping me. I am so grateful for all of his assistance. He is knowledgeable and kind. I will always come to this location because I know he honestly cares about his customers. I wish there was more businesses like this one.

What a great experience! My entire family goes to his store for whatever we need, and he always keeps us up to date on the best deals. Wouldnt go anywhere else when we need phone stuff. Besides,Tony and his wife are always so friendly its always a pleasure to see them!!

This stores sales person is a scam! They hardly had phones in stock, rude salesman, the customer service was so poor. This store should be closed! I wouldnt recommend spending your money here unless you like being overcharged and spoken to rudely.

Stopped by Tony was busy with other customers right away he noticed us offered us bottled water was very helpful in helping us choose the right phone transfered all the information from the old phone great as ever thats why we keep coming back
