Wow, never better customer service in my life. So friendly, helpful, and genuine! Sade needs to be the manager over that location for sure! Ali is a gentlemen and was able to help me when Sade had to take care of a customer service issue. I also had the pleasure to meet the district manager Sean! Just an all around amazing team! Took me away from stupid sprint! Thank you all soooo much!!!

On Tuesday I switched my service to Verizon and got my mom an upgrade on her plan. I worked with Mary she came in on her day off just to take care of me. She was awesome and fun. She made me feel like I was apart of the family while I was up there. Thank you Mary for the exceptional service. My mom and I love our phones and will be back for our ipad soon.

Extremely personable staff, were willing to drive over 1.5 hours to another location to get a product I was interested in. I highly recommend them!

Just stopped in over lunch to get a new phone and Ali was excellent. He explained everything very well, had answers and suggestions for all of my questions, and got me in and out in about 20 minutes over lunch! Great place to shop. Fast, reliable, trustworthy, and personable staff. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in on 6/9 to switch carriers and pick up a new handset. Saw and dealt with Sade, and I gotta say it was one of the better retail experiences Ive had in a while. Sade was very courteous and professional. Also seems to be a very cool person. Thanks Sade! Im enjoying my new phone.
