After searching through massive jewelry competition throughout online and in store outlets. I ran into these wonderful people at Casale Jewelers. My engagement story began like this; I am a young Hispanic male and while I went into these bougie stores in the "Diamond District" who thought I was trying to slip a ring into my pocket the way they watch me and some others in the city who just didnt pay any attention to me. I ended deciding to veer away and traveled to China town where I felt like I was being robbed just by walking into the store. These experiences prompted me to look elsewhere. I traveled to my home borough of Brooklyn and found that no one was giving me the attention and much needed help that I needed to purchase the right engagement ring. I remember stressing and looking all over online outlets, but I did not find it in myself to find any online businesses trustworthy. I was about to spend 5k on a engagement ring and I needed some attention. How I met Casale - I ended driving a friend into Staten Island and while riding down Richmond and thinking of the stress I was going through I fate-fully look over to see this store. At first, I thought this is small and they will think of me as others have recently throughout this journey. I walked in and remember being greeted by Vicky<3 <--- See the heart... Exactly what she made me feel like. LOVED! I was treated by everyone like if I was family. They sat me down by all the gorgeous engagement rings and one by one went through them all! 3.5hrs later and with the help of all these gorgous woman in this store, I walked out with my fiances ring! I can write how wonderful my engagement presentation was, but this isnt about that. This is about all the humble people at CASALE who till this day remember my name. Lets fast forward ---> My fiance and I went back to Casale recently to choose our wedding bands and they remembered me by name. I was treated with the same LOVE I received when i first walk into this store. My fiance and I have chosen our rings (wedding date 8/8/15) and are grateful for the people at Casale. I have never met Cory or even seen him in the store, but I would tell you thank you for being a smart man in choosing these amazing people to help people like me. These people have made a lifetime client/friend out of me for having a heart and looking beyond the Brooklyn Latino that I am..Good looking Latino at that! Ha! Anything jewelry - They are my go to one stop shop! Look forward to seeing you all soon. I have to buy this wedding necklace as a gift to my beautiful soon to be wife.

Casale Jewlers presents a very beautiful and unique selection of jewelry. Cory, Karen, Jackie and the rest of the staff are so very welcoming, warm, friendly and personal... they cant do any more to make you feel comfortable in their store. Cory is happy to try anything on, I have purchased a few handsome bracelets for my husband. Recently I purchased a beautiful opal ring for our daughters birthday. They brought in a beautiful stone and showed me before setting the stone in a perfect setting which we chose, and we surprised my daughter with a beautiful ring that she loves! I was not able to wear my engagement ring for months because one of the prongs was somewhat detached from the setting. The ring is almost thirty years old and I love it just the way it is because my husband chose it for me. I brought it to a couple of other jewelers to see if they would repair it; they informed me that it could not be repaired and immediately began showing me new settings that were well over $1,000. I brought my ring to Casale Jewlers and they repaired it on the spot for $25 and I wear it every day again! I will NEVER go to another jeweler again!!!! Casale Jewelers was where I started my engagement ring shopping. They taught me everything I needed to know when choosing a diamond. The staff was so kind and patient with me, I never felt the pressure of being pushed into a sale. I told them I was going to shop around and I did. Honestly, Ive never felt so comfortable in a jewelry store. I am so happy I met Cory. He showed me around the store and made me feel much more comfortable about shopping for an engagement ring. We looked at lots of designer pieces, but I just didnt see the exact ring I was looking for. Cory worked with me on a custom ring and got it perfect! From start to finish, he had it done in a week for me! And thank God he did, because I got it just in time to show her Dad and get his approval! Thanks again Casale. I never write reviews but Casale Jewelers deserves 5 stars! My fiancé won a watch back in 2013 for the NBA finals. My engagement ring and soon to be wedding band is from Casale. My rings are both stunning! The staff is friendly and willing to spend as much time as needed with you. The owner Cory always comes out front to greet his customers and help them with anything they need. Cory also does amazing charity work. I will only shop here for any jewelry I buy! Best Jewelry store in New York!

I do not know his name, but the gentlemen who helped me pick out my wedding ring and my wifes wedding ring was amazing. I was looking to order my ring from JamesAllen but they said it wouldnt ship in time for our wedding.
