I was sent to Omega by another jewelry shop owner who used him for her own repairs. I went to have the shank replaced on my three-stone platinum wedding ring. He took one look at it and told me my engagement diamond as well as another was chipped and cracked. Unbelieving - he showed me. I was out of work at the time and heartbroken. Shaun reminded me of my insurance - not only did my policy cover theft - it covered full replacement on "damage" Shaun helped me design an new ring and band as well as sold me a stunning GIA certified diamond. He worked with me to create a unique setting for a beautiful diamond - safe from its clumsy owner! Shaun greats me with a sincere hello every time I stop in and steams my ring for me whenever I go in. He has replaced a bezel on my Rolex and repaired another expensive watch. The store carries fine diamonds, new jewelry, pre-loved jewelry and does on-site repairs.

Beware! This guy will try and cheat you while mishandling your belongings. I brought my watch in to be repaired with the original parts (which he said was possible) and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks of no return phone calls I came in to take my watch somewhere else. At first he told me that I would have to pay him for services and when I refused stating he has done nothing with my watch and had not replaced any of the broken parts he "misplaced" it for about 45 minutes all the while trying to get me to pay. He even tried to make me pay for cheap replacement parts (which I specifically told him not to use) that he had placed in the watch without my permission. After finally getting back my watch I find that its covered in an oil residue with dirt on it. Never again will I go here and Im telling everyone I know to stay away.

I was nervous going here after seeing so many negative reviews online, but this was the most convenient jewelry store to me so I gave it a shot. I needed my wedding ring resized and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted when I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and I wasnt pressured into making any kind of extra purchase. My ring was sized correctly and quickly (less than 15 mins!) and they even noticed/replaced a small diamond in the band that I didnt even realize was missing at no extra charge. I left off one star because the store itself looks like it could use a really good cleaning, but my experience here was a good one and I would use them again.

Ive been doing business with the owner of this store for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. He has always been VERY fair with his prices, very knowledgeable and just a very kind man. Every time I contact the store and ask for him Im ALWAYS able to reach him. Whenever I enter the store hes at the counter with a customer; whom always seems to be a "satisfied". Ive referred a lot of people to this store and theyve never had a bad word to say. I trust him working on my pieces, because hes always returned everything back to me in perfect condition in a timely manner. I plan to continue to do business there!

Wow! Not sure why the previous venom. Owner Shahan just took full ownership of the store. He is super to deal with. The experience was first class and I discoverd that they back up their product and sales. Had a minor issue, and they took care of it fully and they were obsessed with my satisfaction. I fully recommend this business and owner Shahan. Also Lauren was super pleasant, set me at ease and helped me through the whole process. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Omegafine!

Hes a con man and a liar, scamed me into selling my diamonds and gold. More people shud write reviews of their experience. Everytime someone comes into the store he asked for their old gold. Never go there.

SCAM! My mom went to have her jewelry appraised, after we left we realized hed broken my mothers necklace while appraising it. Low-ball offers as well, offered my mom $20 for her Hermes Paris scarf.
