Horrible Experience! Never going back again! They ruined my wedding band! They are not professional at all, I had to make my wedding band a bigger size, they said they would be able to do the job and they werent, they destroyed my ring. They said it would be done in the week when I went to pick it up it wasnt even ready, they didnt even touch it and didnt know what to do with it, instead of them calling to say it wasnt ready I had to waste my time going there and was asked what needed to be done after I had told them it was to be made into a bigger size. I went back again to pick it up the following week and it was still not ready, they said it would be ready around 5. When I went back for the third time to pick it up I was really disappointed it was missing the white gold strap that was on it and it was not fixed properly, it was done horribly, it was not done the right way. So I had to leave it again so they could put back the white gold strap, and also it was engraved in the inside my husbands name and they removed it without being told to be removed and left only one letter behind. I had to ask to put the name back and add the date we were married in it. When I went back to pick it up it wasnt ready again! They hadnt even touched it and asked again what needed to be done, apparently it looks like they dont pay attention to there costumers and dont write things down on paper. I had to go back again for the I dont even know how many times, waste of my time! So when I went to pick it up for the last time I was very disappointed, they didnt take out the only letter they had left of my husbands name and the engraving was really poor and simple, they made my ring a bigger size again! They ruined an expensive wedding band! Thank You for nothing gold store! Do not go to this place, horrible, they dont care about the costumer .

I come here every time I need to buy a gift for someone or for cleaning/fixing jewelry. My family and I have been coming to this place for years. The prices are great, compared to other places. Depending on what is going on, sometimes they will fix and clean whatever I bring in on the spot. Most of the time, it takes about a week. If I have any questions or need help picking out something, they are always glad to help.

I needed wedding bands for my upcoming wedding. I was given a few quotes and the prices were astronomical. I went to the Kearny Gold Store and I was floored by the prices they gave me. They are a normal sized jewelry store in Kearny which is a good 35-45 minutes away. Regardless I am going to take that drive every time I am in need of jewelry. Highly recommended!!!

My wife dropped off a ring 3 weeks ago and they still cant get right worst experience Ive ever had I paid a lot of money forThe ring she lost a diamond I wanted it replaced been given us the runaround they actually told her they were taking it somewhere else to get it fixed
