Very very poor attitude. Sales people, 2 of them, were rude and just awful to deal with. Guy in the back made faces when I said anything, acted as tho everyquestion was stupid, treated me like a 2nd grader. Then price was way way more than other places. I would never ever buy anything here or use their service, altho the service desk was sorta friendly. To many other dealers around. American business has not learned the way to treat customers...and you know if you were stupid enough to buy here, they probably wouldnt service the product properly. Find another dealer. Jasper is good but price is horrible expensive, but they know the product.

Bought a new Kawasaki Teryx there, and they made me a good fair deal with very little hassle. Their sales staff is stretched a little too thin and the 3 times I went there I had to wait a considerable amount of time. Management needs to restructure so other can step into those rolls to help with paperwork and getting people in and out faster. Otherwise a nice store with many units on display and a great many accessories.

Tried doing business with them because they are located near my home. Sales people seemed OK until I bought an accessory and 1 day later was denied the opportunity to return it. The sales person got crappy with me on the phone and then the manager or owner got on and hung up on me. Very poor service and I will never go back. Highly recommend using the other big shop on the east side.

Worst experience I ever had. They treat there customers terribly. They are not knowledgeable with the products they sell. Service department is horrible. Had to go to a different dealer to have product serviced. If I knew then what I know now I would have never done business with them. Crooks beware doing business with them.

Sales team was incompetent. I was going to buy a bike here for the price they told me of 4700 and the end price ended up being 5900. Owner was extremely rude and refused my business because we couldnt come to a deal and I bought somewhere else. When I brought my bike in to be worked on, he kicked me out of the store.
