The mens bathroom forever stinks. the produce dept could use a make over with some better produce. The very disrespectful spanish girl working the gas pumps on 12/02/2015 at noon needs to be replaced by an employee who knows how to treat customers and knows how to clear a gas pump so some one can use it to buy gas. Also that crap where you try to get us to put some additive to our gas at the pump for an extra fee needs to go..

Very fast service. However, the store has reached its capacity level to maintain smiles..Ive noticed this everytime I go there that they are so busy to find a moment to smile with the customers. The store has not enough room on the isles and the selections are squeezed that easy to overlook what youre trying to find. They really need a larger store for a long time now..its constantly busy. I feel for the workers.

Love HEB, ours is smaller but the people are friendly. Was there today and Im only about 5 ft 1 and and there were 3 things my sister and I could not reach....and funny, my daughter just complained because she could not find something shes been wanting...its up so high you cant even read the labels. Please help us short people out and usually theres no one to help you...thats the 4 star rating!

I was bullied by a shift manager over buying a 10 lb bag of leg quarters. The add said limit 2 with a10 dollar purchase didnt seem to want to let me buy 1at the price. Manager so stupid dont know how to read their own adds she needs to go back to sacking groceries disgusting to let an idiot like that be a manager. Hey HEB train better u suck!

This is a very small store but the only one in town. Since they have a monopoly on groceries here, they have an attitude of not giving a rats a$$ about the customer. Buyer beware and good luck finding any friendly help in this store. Sorely lacking in customer service skills and variety of product.

They keep the great basics and variety of HEB stores. The aisles are a little jammed up, with lots of "trouble" on the end-caps, making for challenging navigation thru the store when it is busy.

Customer service is great here, however this location does not have a variety of products and the produce is not fresh at all!! I advise you to go to the Super HEB in Bay City !!!
