After reading previous reviews, I wish I had noticed the names of the folks who helped me yesterday so I could be more specific with my compliments! Yes, the lines are generally very long at Albertsons, however, I am usually helped with a gracious attitude in the deli and was very impressed with the young man wearing the cover over his chin hair. He politely and quickly handled a group of us. A few of my regular items were not in their usual place and while I did have to look to find someone on the floor, the teen I found, walked me to where my items were. The young African American cashier was friendly and fast and it wasnt her fault that there were only 2 registers open. Upper management needs to work on staffing numbers.

It was very refreshing to find such pleasent employees! I wish I had got the ladies name that worked in the meat department. She was polite , helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my selections. I truly find it sad that in the world today we are surprised to find anyone who takes pride in their job or has any courtesy. The cashier was nice also. The store was neat and seemed clean I will be making Albertsons of Longview my go to store.

As with most smaller grocers, it can get pricey. But its always a pleasant experience to shop here and they have very nice produce. On the rare occasion there is something I need that they dont carry...like bean sprouts. Its almost impossible to get those around here without flat out buying beans and sprouting them yourself.

Courtesy clerks look like theyre a bunch of homeless people. One in particular is extremely rude but no matter how many complaints people file against that person they still wont fire him. Even sexual harassment complaints yet hes still out there at peoples cars putting away groceries.

Excellent Customer Service in the Pharmacy. I love the produce, meat market & wine selection. However, I really feel they need more help to take groceries to the car. I pay a little extra for customer service and would love to have someone take my purchases to the car.

The lines to checkout are reasonable Ive never had to stand in a crazy long line because there was only one or two cashiers. The employees are pleasant and knowledgeable, they are also easy to find no searching far and wide for assistance.

Horrible service. Manager Wsjesha is very rude. She talks bad to her customers and her employees. Employees do not smile. Some even look at you funny. Lines are slow and long. Will not hire enough people to cover the floor.

All the staff are very friendly and curtious and genuinely care for their customers, as well as the Pharmacy. Its always cool inside and clean and they have competitive prices and plenty of parking.
