We recently bought a diamond necklace set from them. They had one of the best collections in the bay area (we visited several stores in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Fremont, Berkley and also did enquire for pricing in stores in Hyderabad, India. Their prices were reasonable and the owners were very helpful and patient with us in letting us try different sets. At no time there was any pressure from them to buy. They were even willing to mix and match earrings and necklace from two different sets which none of the other shops were willing to do. We were able to negotiate a small price reduction (on the very expensive necklace set). We went few days after the purchase to get the gold chain (in the necklace) length reduced. This time there was another (female) owner who was very helpful, and made the alteration right in front of us and adjusted the price of the necklace due to the reduced the length of the chain. We received slightly different prices for each of the ingredients (gold, diamonds, ruby and the making charges) from each of the owners when we visited them three different times before deciding to purchase the necklace. When I mentioned the same to them, they offered me the lowest on each of them (gold, making charges, diamonds). We realized a couple of days later that they made a mistake in computing the price of the necklace and when we alerted them of a mistake in their calculation, they refunded the difference in our next visit. Overall we are very pleased with their service. We went to buy a gold chain from them later on and their pricing was very reasonable and competitive (even though the selection was not great). I have no hesitation to recommend this place and feel free to send me e-mail if you need more info.

Shree jewellers customer service sucks especially one who wears glasses she acts as if she is owner of the place she is so rude and does not give any proper information about the items,she is so horrible I just hate my experience with her all the time it would be better if they can fire such people who make us feel horrible when we come to buy jewelry Please learn to treat your customers well who spend so much dollars to buy your stuff. The collection is very limited I would recommend Nitin over shree very nice and friendly people

I recieved different prices for the same piece within 10 to 15 minutes of gap by different sales people. Also when I went to other stores on the same day, the price was almost half for a comparetive item. It was not due to variation of the spot prices of the gold in November that I recieved different answers. I dont think the prices vary that drastically within a day:).

I came to know about this shop through internet searching and was not so sure to take a chance in gold items.But after been to the shop, kind of designs they have,look of the store everything is just excellent.ABout quality of the product ,Its very good. Strange people. When we pressed the doorbell to enter we couldnt enter till a lady came outside and asked us what we wanted before even stepping thru the door.... totally ridiculous attitude ! That itself turned me off.
