“There is not a better team out there. We have been customers since moving here in 2013 and purchased my Fatboy Lo here in 2015. The sales team was amazing. I spent two weeks coming in after work in slacks and heels trying out bikes and looking. Less than 6 months later my new bike was due for 1,000 mile service. So Roy called and said we can pick it up and bring it back, and they did. Even took hubbys Street Glide we brought from Hawaii that was due 20k service. Had them back in a few days. Mines already close to needing the 3000 service. We now have our daughter signed up for her safety class in December and fully trust the staff to teach her the right way! We enjoy every trip to Bumpus. Now were on the hunt for a new 500 for our daughter (she will be 15, so cant ride over 600cc)..and guess where we will be going!! She has my old 1200 Custom waiting for her. Id like too add, every staff member should be selected, because they are all wonderful. Specially my service Department crew, cause I ask alot of questions!”

ive had 59 motorcycles,,,always wanted a Harley.....why did i wait so long!!! Bought a new 2014 Dyna Low Rider. I talked to 5 dealers who are closer than Bumpus,,,,84 miles or so. Bumpus told me they would make a fair profit as they should,,,but still gave me a discount and the best price around. After we dealt on the phone,,,,they told me, they didnt have one on the floor but would find one and have it set up just the way i wanted it in 2 days. I had financing already arranged when i got there,,,but June said she thought she could do me better financing through Harley..and she did!! Ive since been to other dealers closer to me,, but its not the same. Bumpus treats you like family,,they are very helpful and focused on YOU and want you to be happy. I AM! And im not going anywhere else for any of my needs. I have a friend who bought a Harley last week used in Georgia,,and hes going to be a solid customer with Bumpus also,,,,By the way,,,i was a Honda factory rep for 2 years in the past. Just sos you will know! HAHA!!

Im a young guy and usually am not taken seriously, however when I went in to bumpus-HD of Murfreesboro just to see what cruisers were about I was treated with incredible respect and felt that Jarrett, my salesman, honestly valued his time with me. They let me ride more than a few bikes and were never impatient with me. Because of this I am the proud owner of a 2015 softail slim and I honestly dont think there is a better motorcycle for me out there. Going way above and beyond their jobs is the norm here and I have yet to meet an even slightly unpleasant employee in ANY department. I rode in from an hour away for my 500 mile service in the winter and ice had formed on my jeans and shoes. They bought me new jeans and socks and brought a heater out from the back to thaw me out. I didnt even ask. That day they earned a customer for life and everywhere I go I tell people about the best dealership on the planet, Bumpus HD of Murfreesboro.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! I took my astrertglide that I had been hit in and an Ultra I bought to have the following changed out from the wrecked StreetGlide to the Ultra. Complete engine swap, 14" ape hadle bars, changed the rear fender to the street glide, wheels, gauges, auxiliary lights and change out the Vance n Hines to Rhinehardt. Dave the service tech took great care of me and never seemed annoyed or bothered when I had questions. Tom Bumpus kept me updated with pictures, and news of what was happening with my bike. Made it exciting to check the emails and made me feel as if I was part of the experience!! While this was being done I made several trips to the shop and got to know Tom Bumpus, what a great guy. Helpful, energetic, upbeat and a wealth of knowledge. Thanks to all of Bumpus for making me feel as if I was part of the family!!

Any time we deal with anyone at Bumpus it is a great transaction! Tom has always been very welcoming on anything weve done with him. Kathy is a true jewel! Not only is she always helpful and so bright and cheery but she is a huge inspiration! She did an amazing job over the weekend during the womens get away and took care of all kinds of stuff whether it was her "duty" or not. Just all around a wonderful person. Shelia was also an inspiration over the weekend to myself as a newer rider she was great to have along to watch and learn from. Katie is one of my favorite people and tends to be the person I always seem to check out with. She is so bubbly and always willing to help me find what Im looking for. Bumpus to me isnt just a brand or a another Harley shop its an open arm family filled with some of the best people I think I will ever know or find.

All employees at Bumpus are great people and will go out of there way to make you feel like family. I bought my first Harley there and I plan on buying my last Harley there. Everybody knows your name and with the MVP program you always get the feeling that your brother or sister is ringing you up with an employee discount feeling. It is so nice to walk in the door and hear Becky say Hi Sean How Are You Doing and really care how you are. Kathy Wall is the glue that I feel pulls it all together between every dept. I would like to finish by saying I am proud to call Bumpus my home dealership my friends and family. With all of the leadership there you know all of the staff will always be outstanding. Best Dealership ever Gregg And June at Bumpus of Murfreesboro are the best. When I was looking to trade I called dealerships from Tn and as far as Wisconsin and Out to Texas no one I mean NO ONE came close to the deals that Bumpus has. You know its a great dealership when you have a salesman like Gregg sale 6 bikes on a Saturday. So if anyone out there is looking give them a call today. Nicest people youll ever meet. Its been over a year now and they still stay in contact even if its just to say hi and ask how myself and family is doing. Even the owner sent me a personal message thru FB saying thanks.
