I have been a Castle customer for 11 years. This is the most upright, honest dealership in Middle Tennessee. Ive been buying Triumph accessories and clothing from them since 2005. I keep coming back because they are honest guys, and they do their best. Last week I bought a new motorcycle from them (another Triumph). The sale was very smooth, and Im extremely pleased. Ive been using the service department at Castle since 2010 for my Triumphs. I would not take a bike anywhere else. Robert, Jim, Taras, and Tom have been great. In parts, Kevin has been my go to guy, and hes always done a great job. In sales, Bubba, and the General Manager Craig, have both been straight shooters. I appreciate their good efforts to try to come up with a deal that works for the customer, as well as for Castle. Ive recommended Castle for years as a solid Triumph dealer in Middle Tennessee. I drive 190 miles round trip to get to them. Theres no stronger testimonial than that.

What a great experience. Found a new Triumph Street Triple on their website and received a call from Kayla Curry. She handled the entire transaction, including pricing my trade in bike, by text and we arranged to pick up the new bike on Saturday. We set off from Atlanta thinking that this was all too good to be true and expecting more "negotiation" at the dealership. When we arrived the new bike was outside and Kayla was waiting with all the paperwork completed. We were at the dealership less than an hour with the new bike loaded and on our way back to Atlanta! I cannot speak more highly of this dealership and especially Kayla. The only pity is that being 4 hours away from Nashville, I will not be able to take the bike to them for service. Castle Powersports are a first class operation and I heartily recommend them.

Was about 25% serious about get a new sportbike but after looking at their inventory, I got crazy serious, real quick. Ronnie (Madison, Tn store) came and talked with my son and I and gave us plenty of options. He showed us a number of bikes and waited patiently until we decided to "think about it" another few days. Upon returning, he was again helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He presented us with more options and set up a meeting with Scott the financial man. After all was said and done, Ronnie wasnt upset that we didnt buy a bike. He was, like us, excited that we purchased 2 Ninjas. One in stock, one had to be ordered but was ready by the end of the week. They look great and run smooth, just like our time inside the showroom. Thanks Ronnie.

Ive had service work on my rincon honda every other year, as I dont ruff house or rag my 4 wheeler. I use it for hunting and pulling a wagon in the yard. Im not saying I dont work it as I do especially during hunting season but never over the top work out. Castle has always done a great tune up and service work on my honda , it has run like a champ since 2007. If you spent the money to buy a valuable machine as I did I dont take it to anyone, I go back to where I started they know this machine. they have earned my trust. I didnt say I dont inspect what I expect I do I look carefully, for two reasons. #1 I want it to last. #2 Its my money and I expect it for the time and work being done. They have not failed my trust

BEWARE THE USED CAR SALES TACTICS PLEASE READ! I went in to buy a bike. Made an offer. Salesman went and talked to management and came back and said my offer was good. Only after filling out credit paper work etc... And just right before I test road the bike the saleman said that the offer was no good. Bait and switch. Good guy bad guy tactic what ever. It was like being at a used car dealer. It felt slimmy. Interesting enough my wife and two kids were with me and they want 4 wheelers. Well we will get our rides, gear and maintenance elsewhere. Recently took my 12 Speedy in for two tires to be mounted ( I bought online). Fast turn around on a Friday (under two hours). Used stick weights, didnt damage my bike and didnt make any comments or have fees about bringing my own tire in. The lady at service could have been friendlier I suppose. Also have bought multiple parts from the counter and spoken with salesmen. Awesome staff. Great go to for Triumph, KTM, Honda, and Kawas. If I was considering buying a bike, these folks would be at the top of my list. Also the number one go to for Triumph parts!

Will not buy nothing else from this company. I bought wheels and tires for a dirt bike from them in January. The wheels and tires finally came in in June. After picking the bike up we rode it maybe 45 minutes to an hour in a grassy yard nothing hardcore just easy riding in the yard. The back tire came off the wheel so we took it back only to pay another charge for them to put the tire back on. When I left the dealership I call back to talk the general Manager, that was pointless!!! worst customer service ever!!!

These folks are fantastic to deal with, from Spencer, my salesman, to Kevin in parts, to Robert in service; they are just the best. Spencer set up and let me ride 4 different bikes before i settled on my new Kawasaki 1000 Versys. He was so gracious and helpful, and allowing me to try such a variety made the final decision easy, and enjoyable. Kevin is probably the most helpful parts man ive ever dealt with in my 40 years of riding. I will not go anywhere else for my motorcycling needs, period. tim sinks

I purchased my Triumph outside of Tennessee and have been taking the bike to Castle for the routine maintenance also had some additions installed(leather panniers, backrest) I was at first weary of the service I would get since i didnt purchase the bike there; the staff is superb they always take great care of my R3R. I know when I drop off my bike there it is truly in good hands Keep up the Great Work Castle!! -Sean

I Have been dealing with the Castle for over 10 years. I consider these guys as family. I wouldnt think of taking my business anywhere else. The entire staff is very personable and their willingness to please is second to none. The knowledge and experience of both the service and parts department is unlike any other dealer in Nashville. I will continue to get all of my power sport needs met at the Castle.

Brought my new bike in on a Sat as a walk in to service for a dead battery. Tom was awesome got me hooked up with a new battery and actually took the time to give me tips for maintaining my new bike. I was skeptical at first taking my bike to a dealer I did not know but it turned out awesome....I will definitely be taking my bike back to Tom for anything it ever needs!!!!

Edit: the person you get at the desk will greatly determine what type of service you get. For instance I had a man named David help me out and even give me pointers on what types of things to look at for my ATV when it was not running. Not sure why they always have to act so rude and "tough". Im here to buy parts for my motorcycle not get in a fight
