Im a person that loves Nike but after today im not sure if ill ever go back to that location. Ive been followed around the store like im a convict and given the third degree when i return stuff. I had security called on my for questioning a manager on how they were holding a launch product for someone when ive always been told you cant do that so I couldnt even finish my shopping experience. The manager name is Henderson. Make sure you avoid him at all costs. Your better off just calling nike customer service to complain so there is a record of your experience because he wont help you at all and his attitude tells you that from the beginning. Be forewarned.

Ive gone in several times and they take forever to attend you. Ive worked at a few stores in the outlets as a sales associate and I can speak from what I know that they dont perform their job duties correctly. I had an inquiry on some shoes, I have the store a call and the lady who picked up had a nasty attitude. Shes didnt greet me all, all she said was NIKE and I kindly greeted her saying I had an inquiry about shoes. I heard her speak to a customer, came back to the phone and yelled out something about the shoe inquiry and I was placed on hold. I hate to be the one to give the bad side but I cant say anything good about their customer service.

I looked up prices on two outlet stores via phone call, one is Gurnee and Rosement. The price of the item I wanted is $10 higher than the one in Gurnee but Rosemont is a little close so I had that item reserved and sent someone pick it up for me under my reservation name. But I was surprised to find out that the price is actually $50 higher than what I was told on the phone and the manager is not as close to being helpful and considerate at all considering the drive from my place all the way to Rosemont. I should have gone to Gurnee instead but I did not have enough cash to pay for it and it was a waste of time.

Huge outlet store for Nike. The store has a weird smell. The selection is good in terms of type of clothing you are looking for, but within each type of clothes, the choices are not that good. Price is OK. You should treat all stores in this outlet as a regular priced store. All the MSRP and a discount thingy are fake. Regardless of what discount you are getting, the total out of pocket cost is the same. If you are looking for truly discounted designer goods, you might be better off with Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Off and etc.

I went their with my mom and i went 2 look at the girls clothes and they were burly girl clothes. And the girl clothes r REALLY expensive. Then i went 2 the shoes and all the shoes were really ugly and their wasnt as much girl shoes. Its not fair 4 the girls bc theirs not really that much stuff 4 them. And people who think that sports are boy stuff. Um hell no it could be girl stuff 2. Just bc some girls dont like that stuff doesnt mean all girls do. Thats bogus

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have terrible customer service. Told us to find our own customer service number and laughed in our face as we were walking out. Josh the manager on duty at the time was a nightmare too he was basically calling us liars and was the one laughing. He is the one that told us to look up the customer service number ourselves. What great manager skills.

Not sure why there was so many negative reviews .. I found this store to be super convenient and friendly. The parking was easy with the very big garage, and getting in and out of the store was fast. Compared to the other outlet stores further North, I really preferred this location and will be back!

The prices are compatible with other Nike outlet stores and the store is clean and decently stocked. The front line staff is friendly and helpful within their respective experience. However there was a horrible breakdown in communication between the management and the frontline staff.
