DO NOT go here if you are looking for assistance with the warranty on an item. I even called beforehand and directly asked if they could help with a defective item. My metropolis parka, that Ive only owned for a few months is profusely leaking feathers. To the point where I cant even sit down because its covering my car seats/chairs. Mind you--it is the middle of a very harsh winter in Chicago right now. When I went into the store, the employee didnt even bother actually to look at my jacket. She told me that my ONLY option was to send it in to North Face, and wait 8-10 weeks for them to return it. When I explained that this is my only winter coat, she didnt even bother to answer. It was apparently expected of me to leave the store with no coat on, and wait 2 months for them to return it. I own a decent amount of outdoor wear, and have never been treated so poorly, especially for the prices you pay for NF. I understand its the holiday season, and its a busy time. But its very clear how much NF actually cares about their customers. This will without a doubt, be my last purchase from their company.

Went to the store to return one out of three jackets I purchased and they told me because I didnt have the original numbers on my card as the card I used they cannot return the jacket. Explained to them its still the same account a different card. They proceeded to tell me it didnt matter. Well I am currently disputing the charge with my bank and I will never shop with this company ever again! Want a good north face jacket for a better value shop Moosejaw! The north face has lost my business! I will not shop here again nor purchase anymore of their products from other merchants!

Its 50 50 for me appearance wise the store was well kept. But I felt like I was being followed the whole time. I get sometimes people stereotype but damn if they only knew. Im going back later to return an item and if someone trys to follow me again in the store Im going to tell someone off.
