Very disapointed...switched to metro a few years ago never had a problem with the hamilton store. I bought a new phone and babied it as much as i could a few days after i got it there were spots on the screen. I brought it back and they are telling me its water damage. I never had the phone any where near water like i said i babied it. They wont do anything for me and said its my fault. I will never refer anyone to this store. I may just go back to boost now.

GO HERE BUY HERE....This Metro PCS is OUTSTANDING because of Hector! I finally decided it was time to cut my expensive Verizon LAN line & get a SMART phone. Hector & his colleague, David, explained the different phones & plans to me thoroughly & set me up with a really GREAT plan and phone!

Sales person did not give me the phones that the promotion called for. He gave me cheaper phones. Also he added insurance for two phones which again I didnt ask for. Find a corporate store, u wont get lied to or robbed.

Excellent location.. Manger was awesome and great, realistic salesman. Trainee was also on top of his game. Probably due to a good manger.. If your in the market for a new carrier def give this guys a shot!
