STAY AWAY. Dressed up as VZW store, it is just a 3rd party cell sales store that is not knowledgeable or helpful in any way. Took 2 hours to buy 3 smartphones, one in which I had to leave with that the sales associate could not figure out how to get working. Another they couldnt figure out how to transfer information or set the phone up. Pressed with time after spending 2 hours there, I had to figure out on my own how to finalize the initialization. Was sold on the $200 ($600 coming back in total) trade-in rebate for each new device, and told to wait for further instructions to redeem rebate... guess what over 2 weeks later and now they cannot help with the rebates and I need to contact VERIZON direct. SAVE your time and money and go to a REAL Verizon Wireless Corporate Store not this scam. Look at the reviews on other sites about this place, all say the same.

I came into this store a Sprint customer with an old iphone 4s. Kara was the sales person that helped me. I told her i didnt need an iphone again and that i wanted a phone with a good camera and good battery life. She turned me onto a Droid turbo and let me play around on it while she was going over details of plans that i might be interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the phone she was selling and the plans that are offered. i switched from NO SERVICE to GREAT SERVICE and i can make phone calls, texts, or do anything on my phone at any time unlike sprint. I love the phone she sold me. Kara was amazing and she even fallowed up with me about the phone days after the sale. Thank You Kara!

He was attentive and efficient - getting us our phones, transferring all our data, and updating our accounts and plans to better suit our needs. He got us in and out in great time and the service and attention to detail were first rate. Customer service is my primary driver of brand loyalty, and he secured my business without question. Great service, great staff. Cant recommend this location highly enough.

I went into the store to purchase a new phone, not knowing much about newer phones. One of the sales reps, Ben Harvey, quickly helped me as soon as I went in. He actually took the time to explain what the new technology each phone had, and helped me pick the best one that fit my needs. I have had some bad experiences at other places with long waits and disinterested staff. Thus store has great customer service and I would recommend it to anyone

I came into the lanoka harbor store and dealt with Ashley. She was helpful with my old phone. Because she was so helpful, I checked her schedule and made it a point to come back to purchase my new phone from her. She was patient, knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to use my new phone. I would recommend her to anyone who plans to go to the lanoka harbor store. She was terrific!

The Worse Customer Service that a store could supply. They would not let my 82 Year Mother purchase a emergency phone when her phone broke with no other phone to call family in case of an emergency at 9:30pm in the evening. because she could not find her 4 Digit code. But had all her proper ID. They are a disgrace to humanity and deserve to be shut down.

Ben did an excellent job with customer service while helping my mother with her new iPhone. He recovered her gmail and appleID passwords, set up the phone, backed up her photos on her laptop, hooked up her email and wifi, showed her how to use it, and he did it with a smile. He was friendly, attentive, and so thoughtful!
