I wanted to write a review and share my experience at Easy Auto Knoxville. This past October my company notified me that they would be reallocating resources and my company vehicle that I have had for the past 7 years would no longer be available. I immediately began looking throughout Knoxville at different auto dealers. My two biggest concerns were down payment and my credit history. Many previous bad choices had left me with a very poor credit score. My Wife and I began downsizing this past year to work on building back our credit, we have nobody to blame but ourselves for the choices we made. I emailed Easy Auto from their website and was immediately informed that a representative would be contacting me. Shortly afterwards I received a phone call from Kimo. We talked briefly and scheduled an appointment. I worked with Kimo for just over a month, routinely coming to their lot and test driving multiple vehicles, I am pretty sure I drove almost everything on their lot at some point! I was never pressured or treated poorly on any of my visits and even though I was dealing with Kimo, all the other employees always were professional and treated me and my family with respect.Still not finding the car we really liked, I received an email from Kimo one day informing me of a 2002 Lexus GS 300 that they just received at the lot and he wanted me to come see it and take it for a drive. I fell in love with the car immediately, however, my Wife had her eyes on a new Mustang Convertible that was located at one of Easy Autos other lots. Kimo not only allowed us to take the Lexus home for an evening, but had the other lot bring the Mustang to Knoxville so that my Wife could test drive the vehicle in the morning. My Wife fell in love with the Lexus and the next day we filled out the paperwork, negotiated the downpayment, and purchased the Lexus. Not once did anyone say anthing about having just brought the Mustang to Knoxville for my Wife.Yes, the interest is high. With my credit score, I would be paying high interest anywhere that I purchased a vehicle. However, I am more than a credit score, Kimo and the rest of the Easy Auto staff understood that and treated me and my family with the respect we deserved. I was looking for a vehicle and found a new friend, thank you Kimo for your professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for your customers.

Okay first of all, they ASK you to write the review while you are still there before you ever even leave the lot with the car. So most of these reviews are written before the customer actually knows how the car is going to turn out. I had my car THREE, and let me repeat that just so everyone understands, THREE days and the check engine light came on. Took it to a shop it had a massive oil leak that the mechanic said they HAD to know about. Yes it was under warranty BUT I still had to pay ONE HUNDRED dollars from my own pocket THREE days later to have it done. The oil leak ruined my spark plugs. The mechanic assured me the spark plugs were ruined DIRETLY BECAUSE of the oil leak. Easy auto refused to pay for them. They said spark plugs are part of normal wear and tear. Ugh excuse me normal wear and tear three days later???? NO! Normal wear and tear when a certified mechanic is saying the damage was direct result of an oil leak that they HAD to know about?? Whatever. I even tried to argue with easy auto but no they dont care. Then after all that the very next week the check engine light came on AGAIN! Two sensors went out and guess what? My brakes had crystalized. Which again he said had to have been done when I got the car. Long story short, would they do anything to help me? NO! They also WAY overcharge you for their vehicles. They want thousands of dollars over the blue book value. They say they try to help people with bad credit but more like they TAKE ADVANTAGE of people with bad credit. I will NEVER go there again. EVER. Also they email me everyday even though I have clicked the thing about 15 times to take my email off of their list. ........ Updating this post because I truly want people to STAY AWAY from this place. Im still stuck with the car these crooks tricked me into they take advantage of people with bad credit and you end up paying THOUSANDS of dollars for a car thats ten years old and has 100,000 miles on it. God forbid if your payment is late you get charged hundreds in late fees even if its just a few days. Please please people heed my advice I have never regretted a decision more than buying from them! They ask you to write the reviews while your still there so you cant believe most of them!

I purchased my 1999 Chrysler Concorde in October of 2009. The car had 86,000 miles, which is great for the age of the vehicle, but the payments are outrageous. I pay $145.00 every two weeks for three years. I was absolutely desperate for a car and they definitely put me in one, but beyond that, Im not very happy. I got the car home and a week later my drivers side window came off track. While we were trying to replace it, we noticed someone had stripped all the screws, cracked part of the door cover, and obviously had no clue what they were doing. This can happen with any used car, yes, but for the price I pay for the vehicle, I could have very easily gotten a brand new car and probably paid less for it. As for the salesmen, they are really nice, and make you feel very comfortable and like theyre doing everything they can to help you, but its very obvious that theyre playing "salesmen tricks" on you. One salesperson will tell you one thing, and theyll bring in a new friendly face to convince you that this is the best offer they have. Then the second friendly face leaves and if you convince them that the best they can do is more than you can do, then your salesmen will leave, get a cup of coffee, and come back and say he fought for you and now he can meet you at the price you need. I definitely would have gone somewhere else if I had more of a down payment. My only car broke down and I had no money in the bank. I sold my old car for parts just for the $400.00 down payment, and they knew I was desperate. The car runs great, but as soon as possible, Im trading it in for a new car with cheaper monthly payments. In addition, they charge you DAILY interest. So even if you have always made your payments on time and hit a snag one month, they basically kill you with interest on every single day you are late. There is NO GRACE PERIOD. If you do not make your payment on the DAY it is due, they harass you numerous times a day and will come get your car within a week. Ive simply forgotten to make my payment on my pay day before and they harassed the crap out of me. A friendly reminder is one thing, but 10 rude voice mails when I get home from work is another thing completely.
