I took my fiancee into Gines a few weeks a go to show my fiancee what I did NOT want. He returned there with my moms ring. I thought I was going to get a nicer,thicker band. When he proposed Saturday I was thrilled. He and Ray had come up with and AMAZING ring. I would not trade it for anything. It is so me. Ray kept in touch the entire time and made sure my fiancee was satisfied with what was happening and the quality of the stones, which he returned to the cutter until he got what he wanted. My fiancee lives 200 miles away and was kept in the loop. Bottom line I am SO happy with what I have.

I didnt know my girlfriends ring size, and wanted it to be a surprise, so they let me borrow a flashy ring that would be fun to propose with, and then I could return it later and exchange for the ring my fiance really wants. Then it doesnt matter much if it doesnt fit perfect. Great for a fun surprise. They can make custom design rings. This ring was unique, and I hadnt seen the same design before. My girlfriend liked it, so she got the same design in her size (after she said yes). The price was good too.

Great service, great prices. They go out of their way to make sure that it gets done right and in a timely manner. We dont even bother looking anywhere else for our jewelry purchases or repairs. Ray and his staff do a great job of listening to what you are looking for and finding it. We are very happy with all they have done for us. Very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend!

I would absolutely recommend Ray to anyone!! He has fixed my ring twice now since sierra west jewelers messed it up! He is amazing and is always willing to help and make things right. The guy who runs the place really is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I bought our engagement, wedding band, and my ring here and people were very helpful and friendly and you could honestly not find a better place to buy your ring. He came recommended to me by multiple people and thats why I bought from Gines and will continue to.

I requested some work done to a diamond. We drew picture and explained what we wanted done for our ring. In the end they messed up and did the exact opposite. The worst part was they never offered a solution, just a bill. I told them I wasnt satisfied, yet they didnt care. I must now pospone my engagement. Beware my friends, beware

I had a terrible experience at this place! The sells lady clearly does not work on commission because she had awful customer service. Not only did she manage to make me feel like I had bad taste in rings but made it very clear that what I wanted was not something I could find at her store. I will never refer anyone to this place!

Came here first to get a feeler on engagement rings, then went to other stores and still had to come back as they are cheaper and you get better quality plus a custom ring that no one else has.

He messed up my ring twice! It still doesnt look right. Its uneven there is discoloration in the white gold. Never go there. He doesnt know what he is doing. I even gave him a second chance!
