I was a customer when I lived in NY but have not been there or purchased from them in many years since I moved across the country. Today however; I realized that I had forgotten that it was my fathers birthday and called to see if they could deliver a bottle of wine to my parents house. Not only were they able to get it delivered last minute but the gentleman I spoke with gave me several low priced selections that they could run over which allowed me to send more to my dad than I had anticipated. No delivery fee and only $3.00 for giftwrapping. I will absolutely do this again!! The place right up the road from my parents had a $75 minimum on delivery and Zachys had none. They truly have retained this customer for life.

This was the worst experience the place has a skeleton selection and the staff is in surplus but none of them are knowledgeable or nice. The main lady that's in her late 50's early 60's with dark brown/ black hair and glasses thinks she is something special like she's hanging out at the bonnie briar country club and you walked up to her table to ask for a dollar. Hah. What a bunch of lowly small time monkeys. Eventually this place will shutter. Until then we all have to endure this mediocre eye sore and goofy sub par staff.

I have ordered from Zachys numerous times. They are very reliable, and have an extensive selection of alcohol and wine. I am shocked at some of the negative reviews I just read. Their regular prices are in line with other retailers, and they often have great sales. Sales staff in the store are helpful and knowledgeable. I dont understand all the negativity in some other reviews.

This is a mail order review. The selection is very good. The prices range from a little more expensive than everywhere else to mind boggling more expensive. It takes too long from ordering to receiving your wine and wine bought on a pre-arrival basis takes way longer than you are told.

I cant imagine how a visit to Zachys could yield a review deficient of 5 stars. Their selection is remarkable, the staff is top notch, & the prices are quite reasonable. You wont be dissapointed I assure you.

Dont ever use or trust their website. Never give Zachys your email address. The unsubscribe feature does not work and you will be abused with four and five emails a day.
