Im skeptical of those who give this business more than 1 star. I share the same experience as many others. I ordered a Travel System from this company and one of their Baby Gear Experts said that it would ship within 8 to 12 business days. At 12 business days, I email the Baby Gear Expert that was assigned to my order... no reply. I email the general customer service email the day after... no reply. I call the business the next week and they say it will be shipped that week. I called in the middle of the week, they said it will be shipped that day. The item never shipped, we are due soon, and now I will have to buy a car seat elsewhere as our state laws say we cannot leave the hospital with our newborn without a car seat. Through all of this, YOU have to keep contacting them to get updates. YOU are responsible for making sure they process and ship your order. They will not initiate any status updates or any type of communication with you. I was starting to think this is some prank website, until I saw similar reviews with the same exact experience on various websites. If you have the time or do not care when your stuff gets delivered, this business is good for good deals on high end baby gear. If you have a due date that you need to have your stuff by, this might not be the business to get your stuff from.

After so much looking online for a Britax double stroller, Pish Posh Baby seemed to offer the best deal. Well, I got what I paid for. The stroller cost me almost $400.00. After placing the online order with them, I get an email from them saying that I needed to wait six weeks because the stroller I was buying it was out of stock. Given what I considered "savings" I opted to be patient and wait. To my surprise and after so much wait, the item was shipped to my home. I opened it up and the fabric of it was torn. After so much waiting, I couldnt believe it. I go online and checked their return policy which states returns are easy as long as the items are not defective. Defective items must be sent to manufacturer. Seriously? Now my chances of getting my money back were almost none. Nevertheless, I sent it back to the seller as it came. Pish Posh Baby do not issue return labels and expect you to pay for returns. I had to spend $40 some dollars to send it back. As soon as I sent it, I was told that they needed two weeks to process my refund. So from the time the order was placed, the item received and returned the following day, it took at eight weeks and the payment of $40 some dollars to get my refund on a defective item. Now, my best advice is for you to stay away and save yourself some grief.

Placed order a month ago and still havent gotten our stroller OR a clear date for when it will be shipped. There should be an option for ZERO stars. I dont write reviews good or bad, but my experience has been so HORRIBLE with this company that I had to stop others from making the same mistake as I did. On the surface reviews look good (if there are even genuine real reviews), but when you dig into the lowest rated reviews the same common theme pops up: "Ordered product months ago havent gotten." I was hoping for a site I could trust for future big purchases. Unfortunately this experience hasnt allowed me to trust Pish Posh. I am posting in the likely futile hope that this will compel them to deliver on the promise they made weeks ago. Far more likely that I will be with Amazon next time. Kicking myself for trying to support a small company.

The processing of my order was very quick as I placed it after returning from the hospital and needed a stroller asap. I was even assured on the phone that my order will be accommodated and I received my stroller in 3 days from ordering to processing and arriving at my doorsteps. Packaging was impeccable, and not only did PishPosh include a gift for my lil one: a toy, but they also included a cover for my car seat to protect it from the stroller. I was impressed and thankful. Will definitely go back to them in the future. Highly recommended

Great place! They have boutique items that the mainstream stores dont carry, like the Doona Stroller, which is the absolute best purchase I made for my baby girl. Also, the customer service is awesome! Google mistakenly featured an expired promotion that I wanted to take advantage of. At first I was disappointed to learn that the promotion had already ended, but Pish Posh Baby was very nice and took care of me anyway. Very generous, considering that the mistake was on Googles end, not theirs. Will shop there again!

I ordered a double stroller 3 weeks ago. I knew it would take 2-3 weeks to ship, but I had no problem waiting because it was at an amazing price. Once they shipped it, it arrived in 3 days! What really impressed me with this company is that they automatically sent me the newer stroller that went on sale after I purchased mine, and adjusted the price without me even contacting them. Im one happy customer! Will definitely make this my go to website for baby needs.

OMG! Had such a great experience with these gals! Ordered a changer that was on backorder with the company - apparently they cant keep up with the orders there. Pish posh offered me a really nice discount bec I was waiting so long. Then then helped me design my entire nursery with a beautiful Glenna Jean crib set and even helped me choose a diaper bag. They are really honest and patient. Best baby store for first time parents or even ninth time parents!

Excellent service I can not say enough good things I would highly recommend Pish Posh Baby. The staff is very knowledgeable on all there merchandise they carry. They were so helpful when I was having issues with a stroller I purchased. Its very hard to find a business that has exceptional customer service and they have it.

Great prices, loved that the shipping was free. The reason why I cant give them 5 stars is because the product I ordered was stained and dusty when it arrived, really sad that my product arrived like this because my husband and I were so thrilled to have finally received it. Hope we can get this issue fixed.

This place dont even deserve one star with there customer service, my baby is here a month now still waiting on my car seat/ stroller I had to go buy one at target, I order like 4 months now an I have been calling for days an no one answer, thinking of driving to New Jersey to see what the hell is going on

I ordered something from this company and they didnt advertise that it was not in stock and its taking forever to get here. I found a bunch of other reviews for this company that say they do this a lot! Not cool and they dont even care.
