Ok so on New Years Day my family decided we would travel to central ave to visit this babies r us to exchange the Glider Elite which i got at my shower that ended up being defective the box was embarrassing because it was holding onto dear life after we were finished with it and also to return duplicate diaper genies we received. When i tell you the customer service was extraordinary it really was. Im not sure if its because it was dead in the store, but the attentiveness and help we received was just amazing. Usually we go to the babies r us in coop city in the bronx, or midland ave in yonkers but this location does not compare to them. i had a really good experience there i just had to share. From now on i will drive all the way to central ave just for the customer service i received from them rather than the ones closer to home.

Terrible Management. A poorly run site with overworked employees. The Manager Tracy treats customers like garbage when want to feturn items that are defective or the wrong size. She does not know what professionalism is and makes snide remarks and passive aggressive statements. She then boasts about how long she has worked there and claims She is the ultimate management and there is no one above her that customers can complain to. She shuts people down when they want to complain. No one needs drama when shopping for baby items. its supposed to be a warm and friendly environment not Highschool with the "cool kids" bullying the other students...in this case customers. Save your energy and money and shop elsewhere people!

My husband and I went to Babies r us to register for our baby and to our surprise it was a horrible experience. We went on to the upper level to start the process and the girl at the desk said go down stairs some one will help you. That was it. We looked at each other in surprise went down stairs and again another disappointment. We approach a young lady at the desk and she took our info handed us a scanner and said come back when finish. After we selected the items we went back to her and she printed a copy of items selected and handed us a paper bag with two fliers. That was not great customer experience and I will not have my friends and guest use this registry. Dont want them to be insulted.

I revived my reward points the night before i went shopping at the register they told me I used it. It was impossible seeing that i didnt get the email until the store was closed. The cashier called for a manager she told him the situation & he said they cant do anything if it was used already. I asked for him to come & see the date & time on the email & over the walkie he said i dont have time to come up if it said used then it was used. Unbelievable definitely bad customer service.

Any time I have dealt with this company, I have had problems. Most recently, I ordered a Graco swing from my friends registry and had it sent to her house, and it turned out to be completely defective. Babies R Us refused to let her exchange it, and refused to give me a refund. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!! Also, their parent company, Toys R Us, has a Better Business Bureau rating of "F". That says it all.

The whole point of "buy online, pick up in store" is because its supposed to be more convenient, except when you pick up your items, theyre all wrong! Im a new mother working full time, I dont have time to walk through stores which is why I shop online, to make it easier on myself, kind of defeats the purpose when the store has careless employees working for them!!

Worse experience we went there to purchase baby furniture for our grandchild the staff was not helpful or knowledge about baby furniture had the SKU number and yet we received the incorrect furniture baby r us should make it right Zacc

Have been there MANY times since becoming a dad. They have a pretty wide selection of most products (notably strollers) and a pretty sizable damage/sale area. Lines tend to move slowly, but otherwise a decent baby store.

The WORST trained employees, did nothing to make a sale, wet across the street to Buy Buy baby and bought a crib in less than 10 min that they had in stock. Babies R Us need a better training class for their employees.
