Called to see if they had any first Easter clothes for my baby and Carol in the toms river, NJ store was super helpful!!! Carol, went & looked for his size & brought back (to the phone) what they had in stock and actually described the outfits to me. To me, thats going above & beyond & I am very thankful!! Its hard taking a 2mth old & 2preschoolers from store to store to try & find something specific. She saved me a lot of time & frustration AND she was Super Nice about it!!!

Check inside every box before you leave the store. I have bought multiple USED items that I have to return AFTER getting home .. INCLUDING AN INFANT CARSEAT BASE . Extremely dangerous! It looked like it was used for a year before being return. Food and diet stuck all over it. My most recent item is an Ergo baby carrier. $150 for a used baby carrier. I can go to a flea market and get a much better deal if I want USED products.

Awesome place to register for a baby shower. They have a great selection, but always check their online prices if you go to the store because sometimes it is cheaper on their site and they will match it. They also price match with items that are shipped and sold from Amazon and other stores. Also great return/exchange policy and other discounts if you register with them!

This Babies R Us, in Toms River, Nj is my favorite place to shop for my daughter. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help. There is usually someone available to answer my questions. Sales are decent and the rewards card actually works.

Babies r us has the worst customer service. I am so dissapointed after all the money my friends and family spent there. I will never shop there or toys r us again. I will be giving my business to the small business owner instead.
