I bought something from them through Amazon. it was tubing for my breast pump but it was the wrong tubing. I couldnt tell that it was wrong until I opened it, but then they wouldnt let me return it since it was opened even though I never used it. I was very disatisfied particularly with the customer service. The guy who I spoke to about this was extremely rude to me on the phone. would not recommend you buy from them. plenty of other sites to use!!!!

I bought something in a sealed package, came back the next day with receipt and fully sealed package but guess what? No returns! Once you pay, thats it. Doesnt matter if you havent opened or whether you saved your receipt. Oh and return policy is not the same as it is on their website because each store has its own. I dont recommend them at all.

Horrible experience with customer service and online purchase. Items listed as "in stock" online were canceled with no explanation and no respone to email queries. Buyer beware - the items are still listed as available to purchase online over a week later even though they are apparently out of stock!!

Their customer service is top!! Some sellers dont look at your side after your purchase is done. "AnB BABY" gives service whenever you need. They serviced my stroller even I didnt buy it by them. Now I am going to purchase a new stroller by them
