I wouldnt give them any stars if it were an option! The employees here are completely rude and always look miserable. Forget about asking for any type of help. The only time I have asked, not only did the boy snap at me, but he spoke down to me as if I were an idiot. How dare I ask a question?! I shouldve known better. The manager there, however, is very kind and helpful and my husband and I let the situation go due to her apologies and genuine way of handling things. However today I went back to the store like I do every week to check out the sales and as I was shopping I received a phone from my husband needing a ride so I politely asked the Male cashier at the front of the store if I could leave my basket full of items that I was going to purchase at the front and I would be back to finish my shopping and pay for my things and HE said ok. Well I have a four month old son and sometimes emergencies happen so I was unable to go immediately back to the store due to my son throwing up and having diarrhea. So I take him home and get him situated and sent my husband up to the store to retrieve my things and he was greeted by a rude woman User #77835 saying that they would not give him the things I had wanted to buy that I was suppose to have been back within the hour I had left so to bad. First of all I never gave them a time I was going to be back I specifically said Im going to pick up my husband and I would be back well going to get him and coming straight back first of all would have been an hour and a half any way so I feel if they had a time limit on how long they could hold things I dont understand why I wasnt told before I left because then I would have just politely said Im sorry and that I was unable to purchase the items that I needed to leave and I would have been done with it. So the point to this whole story is that the employees are incredibly rude and seem not to care. Most employees seem to hate their job to the point of taking it out on customers so the energy of the store is terrible. Its not very organized which of coarse its a thrift shop I realize but it just seems very trashy and it looks like items are just thrown where ever. So due to all of this I am unwilling to pay the higher prices they feel their things are worth. Until I hear that these things are fixed my family, friends and I will be driving past Goodwill and driving the extra 10 miles to Arch who have friendly welcoming staff a bigger selection of better more well taken care of items and a calm welcoming shopping environment. Thank you and Im sorry this was so long but it was needed to be said.

Ive been to just about every Goodwill in the Denver metro area & Im sorry to say that I will never be visiting this location again. They have clothing racks scattered to where you cant tell if youre in mens, womens or childrens. This is also the only location Ive been to where they have no prices on the tags of some clothes but do on others. Their system makes no sense. They say all jeans are $4.99 but then they have all the good brands cherry picked out and have those on a different rack with labeled prices! Prices that are way too high. $15.99 for a pair of Levis signature that you can buy at Walmart new for just $4.00 more! Either $2.99 or $3.99 (I cant remember which) for all tank tops, even the cheap ones that you can buy at Walmart new for $1.99! Once again with the good stuff picked out. Either have a set price or dont. If you do, stick to those prices no matter what the brands are. Otherwise, price everything individually. Also, if youre going to set prices dont set them higher then the item would be brand new. What a joke!

Solid items get picked up quickly here. Mens clothing is always in short supply. The employees seem overwhelmed and leave the store tidiness to the community service workers. The clientele is the worst. Screaming children in the toy aisle every time I go. There is a dollar store next a liquor store next to a probation office next to a army recruiting center next to a Subway. That tells you everything.

Stopped in here while in the Shopping Complex, and glad i did. Me and my girlfriend picked up a few items here. Nearly every isle was loaded with nice products. The prices were really great, compared to some of the other Goodwills i have been to in the past. I found a Carhartt type jacket for only $10 there. Looked nearly brand new. Thanks Guys!

I tried this Goodwill again after a friend said they improved. Meh.....not really-guess the only good time to go is when the Mines kids are getting out for the summer and they get rid of all their goods. Other than that, pretty mediocre store as far as Goodwills go

I tried to test a55" tv. The staff was no help. The manager refused to have any employees help move the TV to an outlet so I could test it, saying that they were short handed. (I couldnt move it because Im disabled.)

Awesome staff and good selections. New staff has been put on and they are super nice! They help every where they can while staying close to the register to help the next costumer waiting to check out.

I am sorry but this place was in complete disarray. I have been to nice Goodwills so I know that it is possible to have one that is pleasant and orderly. This is not one of them.

A decent sized Goodwill store. Check their online calendar to see what color tags are on sale and whether it might be worth waiting for one of their 50% off sale Saturdays.

I LOVE this store! On their busiest days the staff is pleasant. Im able to find a lot of great things and the Half-Price sales on selected Saturdays are wonderful!

Internet states they open at 8...when I arrived, the dorrs are closed and locked, they open at 9. Wasted trip...bummer.
