Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you return something WITH A RECIEPT it will take the 3-4 WEEKS to credit your account. They will try to blame your bank. My bank is Chase and they said no return ever takes more than 3-5 days. Tried to call the store (bc the online rep said you have to), complete disrespect and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that she is too busy to speak to me. When I insisted, I was hung up on. I am filing a grievance with the store. It amazes me that this store/brand isnt bankrupt and out of business. AVOID at ALL COST.

Theres still lots of clothes available during their closing sale. I heard one cashier telling someone they were still getting shipments in. But even with the current 40% off Store wide sale, things are still fairly expensive. No wonder they are going out of business.

This store has good deals on home goods such as drapes and bedding. I find nice quality for good prices. And if its timed correctly when there is a sale the price is even better. If you do FourSquare note that when you checkin there is a 20% coupon!

This is the nicest JCPenney I have been to. It has a good selection and is always nicely kept. Great place for basics. If people of Longmont knew how terrible many other stores in the chain were, they would love this one even more.
