I went into this store with my mom to try on coats. I noticed a Loss Prevention employee followed us from upstairs down to the basement. While I figured he was - for whatever reason - suspicious of us, I thought little of it - he was just doing his job. That was until the employee came into our aisle and not even a few feet away from me and my mom began to shuffle about awkwardly, pretending to fix price tags while not-so-subtly glancing over to us. It made us both feel so unwelcome and criminal-like. Regardless of race, culture, or color of skin no customer should ever be made to feel so uncomfortable. Will never shop there again.

This Ross is along the 16th Street mall. This means easy pedestrian access but not a store I would frequently shop at. The selection is not as good as other Ross stores although if you are in Denver on business and forgot a shirt, belt, etc its adequate. The store itself is well lit and organized but a little dirtier than other Ross stores. The elevator in particular was dirty and smelled bad. Customer service is good, even better than average especially compared to other Ross stores. All in all its not a place Id go out of my way to shop at but its convenient if you are downtown and need some clothing.

I felt the same way as other reviewers! Everyone in the store is made to feel like a thief. They should get on that, since some people are there to spend some good money. As for the dirt or disorganization, this is a Ross. Like a thrift store, but with new stuff. If you want a classy shopping experience, you will probably have to pay a little closer to full price!

This Ross on 16th Street Mall is not my favorite. Clothes are tightly packed on racks and picked on. They only have 2 small display racks that highlight a new arrival. 16th st mall attracts a variety of characters and you may witness a couple of arrests within the store. Just not my kind of entertainment while Im using my lunch break to do some shopping.

I got some good deals, but theres a lot to dislike. Staff do not put shoes away, its time-consuming to try shoes, racks are messy, a lot of stuff is out of stock, cashiers treat customers like cattle. Wish there was a clear indication of where things are located. I know its a busy location, but thats no excuse to not up your game as a store.

This Ross (just like Target) is exactly like every other Ross Ive been to. Its dirty, theres not really anyone who was around to help, and theres a few babies screaming and crying within 2 feet from you any second you walk through the door. If you want to save money, just go to TJ Maxx instead- you can get equal deals with less stress.

The customer service at this Ross is horrible. The workers act like they dont care and never offer to help you find anything. Instead, they just follow you around all the time and make you feel like a thief when youre obviously not. This particular Ross is horrible! They treat every customer like a thief!

I dont do business with anyone who does not provide restrooms to their customers. I spend a lot of money at Ross but that will be discontinued. There are so many options out there for discount clothing that DOES provide restrooms for their paying customers. Also, the place is pathetically dirty.

I have had bad experiences with this place and their profiling and going through peoples things while they are in the fitting room this happened to me 2 years ago. I would rather go to goodwill or arc they have just the same quality of clothes for less and the money goes to good causes

Really messy and not a good selection of younger womans clothing. The tops were all basically the same shirt with different print and were odd and too revealing. The shoes in my size were basically non existant but the girl at the jewlery counter was very helpful and kind.

Working at ross has been a interestingly new experience. The staff are fun and make work go by fast. We are always encourging eachother to get through the day. Management is very particular and this keeps this location #1 store is always clean and organized.

Great staff, wonderful items and if anything isnt up to par, they allow exchanges, cant beat great customer service! **Word to the wise- dont go in this store with a bad or rude attitude when needing an exchange- politeness will get you far in life**

Its fairly organized, for the type of store it is. For some reason,I feel like its thrift shopping with new clothes. Over all I really liked the set up, variety and especially the low prices.
