The store is super cute! The service is horrible. There is a girl here who walks around with a hair bun on the top of her head...she is VERY rude! Either she hates her job or she thinks shes to good to acknowledge you. Either way im embarrased for her bc she is not all that like she thinks she is. I would never come in to this store again due to the lack of customer service and snobby looks from the jolly green giant bun wearing girl! The guy that sits at the computer seems friendly but he doesnt converse which is fine.. but Id rather take the business elsewhere..

Excellent service and a good choice of clothing for women - not so much for men. What they do have is usually pretty great though so I cant complain. Whomever is buying the clothes seems to have good taste which I appreciate, you rarely see something that seems totally out of place. Its a local business, and Lubbock needs more clothing stores, so I would absolutely recommend shopping here. Head over to Bellys afterwards.

I had a great experience, not much of a selection for men. However, some very cool and reasonably priced items. Excellent service, the lady that helped me was wonderful she was extremely friendly and a lot of help. As well as, she was able to work with me and give me a great deal on some old clothes extremely reasonable and was willing to negotiate. Very cool local place, I recommend everyone to go you wont regret it!

There is basicly nothing for men. The last location had so much more for men. Platos Closet has way more, and they are even bad for a upscale resale shop. If you want men to shop here, get something to buy. I have been in multiple times and it seems like the mens section is getting smaller. Would rather drive to a city where shops actually carry mens clothing then go here again.
