The store is like a typical ross, disorganized, wrong sizes placed on the wrong hangers and such. But as always you can always find great deals as long as you look around. However one of the cashiers was incredibly rude all because I was in the wrong line. After she told me I said Id go wait in the correct line. Well she grabbed my things and insisted on helping me, but at the same time made a big deal about pointing out the signs that state it was a line for returns. I would have rathered waited a bit longer in the correct line than to deal with the unnecessary rudeness. If your not taking customers maybe dont have your light on, because that tends to mean you are open.

I took my kids to find a few things for school and it was very difficult to find anything they liked or that was not stained our torn! The staff were unfriendly and they had one register open with a line that looked like the ones at an amusement park! I remember now why it had been so long since Ive shopped there.

The prices are great but its always so dirty. Clothes hanging off hangers, on the floor, and in random places. Also, to find help here its kind of a hassle. I never know who actually works there and they seem like customers are a pain.

Messy! And the staff at the dressing rooms are RUDE! They told me I "HAVE" to put the clothes back on the hangers, umm how about you do it because I wont be shopping here anymore. And all the womens clothes are tacky and cheap.

Everything is so cheap, its extremely messy, and the clothes are dirty. It is no competition to Marshalls next door. Also, they should instal more cashiers.
