Miss my Ultra! Started shopping at Jewel for Several weeks now. And no matter what time of day, they are STOCKING their empty shelves. A task that used to be done during off times. You have to detour & go down a different aisle or crawl over some rude employee. Heaven forbid if you meet another shopper, someone has to back up. I ask today if there was a time of day to avoid stocking & personnel, snapped back," they stock during the day & at night". So I informed her Id be looking for another grocery store. Any tips?

Rotten produce, fried chicken was so dry it was like chewing gum. Tried to return and exchange for same thing but fresh and was told no. Horrible customer service. I called Jewel in MORRIS and they were super nice and told me they could give me the same stuff for free. Will never go back to Joliet location. My 3rd time there and all three bad experience.

There has been a great improvement in the quality of items that r offered i especially like that Jewel is carrying organic meats & plant based food. I like the express lanes & the smaller shopping carts. Great improvements.
