To start off, I know every business will have some good and some bad. There is no perfection in the world, so when someone is seeing bad rep here, please dont be afraid. Following was my experiences with Summit Toyota. 1/ very honest: Nicolas Boshara was my sale rep, and he was very honest to work out a deal with me toward the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle and trade in mine. He was the first sale rep in an automotive dealer that I dont feel pressure working with, and I could tell he was working on my side instead of "just selling for a commission". He never talked around, and led me around the forest, while he is also very throughoutly explaining details of pros and cons. He also told me about the free 5 years oil change of any Toyota that was bought new from Summit Toyota. We all know that they dont have to give 3 years additional for free as Toyota only offer the first 2 years. 2/ Easy to talk to primarily, and was a breeze to deal with: This is the most important thing when someone walk into a dealer for either checking out a car, test driving, or possible purchase. What would one feel like if the sale reps show no interests or too much interests, pushy, or just talk and talk ? I started off by emailing over their website, and as luck have it, or most of the new staff is this way ? I wouldnt know, but I emailed and asked for a deal and I would buy it when they can meet it. Nick got back to me by texting, and responded really fast. Of course I got hooked by how easy the conversation went. Then I arrived a couple hours later, and had doubts in my mind. However, when we were greeted by Nick, he was very easy to talk to, fun, and answer all the questions. Most importantly, he was not "pushy" or "Rushing or Fishy" at all. 3/ Easy financing and Easy Sale management staff: the Sale managers were quick and efficient. They knew when a good deal were to be made, and just like all business. We have to meet at a fair border which works out for both sides. In my opinions, being greedy as a buyer or a seller are not good. I have to say that working with Nick, and his Sale manager, it was awesome. No pressure, no funny or offensive pricing and quoting laying around, just straight A and B. Final step was the financing and extended warranty offers and all that. It was also a breeze to work with and to be here. My representative was only doing his job, and not giving any pressure on anything at all. 4/ Parts and services: I then walked to the Parts staff and asked them about some parts for the new car I purchased, I didnt get the person name. But he was the most helpful and gentle person ever. He would told me the parts, the sizes and even wrote it down without asking, with the following "we appreciate" attitudes. I have yet to get my car serviced there as it was a new purchase. But from all of the above, I could tell that it would also be a breeze. Again, even if it wasnt I am sure as big as Summit Toyota, they would make it right. In my conclusion, I gave them 5 stars from all departments. Especially if someone want to buy a car, this is one of the easiest dealer to deal with, and even my wife felt that too. I would strongly recommend Nick Boshara just as long as he is still there. Lastly, I appreciate Summit Toyota staff and team for my experiences, and I will always recommend any people that I know to you. Please keep up the great experiences.

I have been going to Montrose / Summit Toyota since I purchased my 2006 Camry. During these 10 years Ive had significantly more "issues" with my car than my husbands Honda CRV. I did purchase the extended Platinum coverage and received the "Tires for Life" so needed to complete all my repairs there to keep the warranty coverage. Ive been frustrated that my car had so many more costly repairs but attributed it to my driving in the city more than my husband. This week I took the car in for a look at my tires and routine LOF as I was experiencing noise on all roads. Was informed I needed new tires - all good! Unfortunately was also told I needed an additional $2100 worth of repairs. Cabin Filter / Rack and Pinion leaking and needed replaced / Brakes and Brake fluid exchange. Also was told a couple months ago I needed my power steering master cylinder ($1100) replaced due to a "crack". Of note there have been no leaks on my garage floor nor issues while driving and I put on a lot of miles. I declined all these repairs except for getting my tires replaced and took the car to another well known and respected mechanic who looked over the car with a fine toothed comb. HE FOUND NONE OF THE RECOMMENDED REPAIRS WERE NEEDED. Now I wonder how many of the repairs over these past 10 years were actually needed! So sad that a company takes advantage of people who need their expertise (Master Technicians) and honesty to pay for their new fancy building. I will never take my car there again and Toyota is off my list of potential cars for the future..... I would highly suggest you never buy an extended warranty as they will get your money one way or another.... Take your car to a private mechanic and save yourself the aggravation and expense!!!!! Kudos to the honest guys in the business! If I could rate Summit Toyota with NO stars I would but couldnt post without something!

We originally went to Summit Toyota to get our old 1995 Corolla fixed, wed taken it to numerous mechanics multiple times and nobody had been able to fix the issue. Summit Toyota was able to find what was wrong right away and fixed it promptly. Sadly, a few weeks later another part broke that was too expensive to fix. The mechanic at Summit Toyota told us that the it wasnt worth it to fix the car since the repairs would cost more than the car was worth rather than charging us an insane amount of money to fix the car anyway. After that everyone at Summit Toyota did everything they could to help us get a new car. They took both of our old Toyotas in trade; the non-working 1995 Corolla and our working but VERY old and VERY used 1996 Camry with 320,000 miles on it. They gave us an amazing amount of money for these two cars considering the fact that they would never be able to re-sell either of them. After that we worked with Scott Defabbo to purchase a used car from Summit Toyota. He helped was extremely patient with us; talked to numerous people in my family, presented us with all our options as we tried to figure out the best way to purchase a car. We ended up with a beautiful 2005 Corolla. Scott got us a loan for the car and helped us every step of the process. He was never pushy, never tried to talk us into a decision or steer us towards a certain car or price. We were never unsatisfied with his or anyone elses service at the dealership. My family has always driven Toyota cars, but this is by far the absolute best customer service weve ever received because the people at Summit Toyota went above and beyond to help us out when we ended up without a good car due to bad luck. Were absolutely happy with our new car and will definitely be returning to Summit Toyota for any future car purchasing or maintenance needs.
