I would never use this business again. I ordered glasses for my daughter on 1/4/14 with an estimated 1/11/14 delivery date, and still have not received them as of 1/22/14. The glasses were made incorrectly (the technician entered her prescription in wrong), and were re-ordered on 1/16/14. I called on 1/22/14 to check the status, and received a message several hours later informing me that this order was only placed 5 days ago, and orders are generally running 10-12 days. No mention of the fact that they were RE-ORDERED due to store error. They were extremely rude when I called to discuss. I have actually ordered glasses twice at this location, and BOTH times they were made incorrectly and had to be sent back. They take no accountability for their work or their service – in fact, their customer service is insulting, at best. With so many other choices, I would never bring my business here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE- terrible experience & zero follow-up from Management. Natalie placed an expensive order without issuing an itemized receipt, and accepted my debit card from an unauthorized signer and charged it up- I was never in the store. When I cancelled it within 24 hours calling my insurer, she called them back and got an override to resubmit the order by giving bogus information. I had to file a debit card dispute with my bank & file a claim with the insurer. She said her Manager Amanda would follow-up and she never did. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and including this in a neighborhood blog that reaches over 43 neighborhoods in the area.

Oh how my experience was this last time me and my family will not ever return. The supposedly district manager Amanda did not take care of the problem at all. The girls we had issues with she said was her best employees. Funny thing is we the people pay for they paychecks. I hope this place gets shut down. Very rude and unprofessional. I got really upset cause nothing was being done except them asking us to leave. Good luck with your business hopefully wont be open for long. Update its been over a week and my husband still hasnt heard back from them. Glad we learned now how they run there business so they dont get any more of our money

I broke my glasses a few days ago and needed a new pair. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly which was a definite necessity. My appointment was early in the day and I didnt have to wait at all. The optician, Diana, was very pleasant and delightful and the doctor was fast and friendly. Diana also helped me out with a discount because the frames I wanted were a little over my price point and she was able to turn them around in about a half hour. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

absolutely amazing and Alexandra L did a over the top fantastic job making calls to my insurance seeing what frames exactly I can get and honestly I know if I went to another Pearle Vision they wouldnt of gone that above and beyond. Thank you so much for the best customer service Ive ever had buying glasses.

Quick and easy regular eye exam. The doctor and all employees were kind, happy, and more than wiling to help and answer any questions. The employees explained all the options in choosing frames and were extremely helpful and willing to devote full time and energy to make the experience positive. Thank you!

I sat on my Oakley prescription glasses today so I headed out to Pearl Vision of Novi. The representative there was quick and amazing on how she bent the glasses back into shape! Im really impressed with the terrific customer service. I recommend this location to anyone looking for eyewear.

We were told my sons glasses would be ready in two weeks. However, it is now four weeks later and we still do not have them. We asked if the lab could overnight ship his glasses due to the extraordinary delay, but the store did not even agree to that. Very disappointed.
