I will never shop here again and please find anither store to shop at to save yourself the trouble. They delivered my mattress with a hole in it and after going to multiple people over a few days I finally received $150 credit. Every time I called the store they had no idea what I was talking about and kept having to transfer me. Lack of follow through is as in impressive as their customer service. A few months later the seam on my sofa separated I called them back since it was under warranty. They scheduled me for an appointment to come and look at it. I was very clear with my schedule that I would not be available until 10 oclock due to class. When the woman called to confirm my appointment she scheduled me at 8:30 AM to 9 AM. I told her that when I called originally I could not be available at that time. She literally said there was nothing she could do about it and if I couldnt be there I should try to get somebody to be there or reschedule. I told her no that I would not be doing that and I expected the gentleman to come and look at my couch that day. That day came and of course he called me at 8:30 to tell me he was going to be there within 20 minutes. I told him that he would just have to wait until I got there because Ive now spoken to two other people who knew I wasnt going to be home. Luckily that gentleman was nice enough to wait and said that the couch had to be replaced. They scheduled me for a new sofa on between 3 to 5 PM on 5/8 and called me the prior Sunday for confirmation. They never showed up. I called them at 6 PM the woman who answered the Customer Service line said she had no idea I asked to speak to manager she placed me on hold for a few minutes and then said she would have her give me a call back. Ive verified that I would be getting a call back that night. Ive yet to receive a call back. Update after this review the GM Scott called me to personally step in and get this situation resolved. He told me they shouldve never called on Sunday because they did not have the couch piece that I needed. They dropped the ball on their end. He called me yesterday afternoon to follow up and again today to schedule the appt for tomo afternoon since I have work in the AM. 31 minutes later a woman called to ask if I was available for a morning delivery from the store. Seriously people?!?! So it gets better. At 7:56 the driver calls and leaves a VM that he will be at my house within 20 minutes and sends me a text as well. I call him back to inform him that Im not home and that I expect the delivery between 4 to 6pm per his general manager. He then tries to semi argue with me on the phone and let me know all of the stops he has to make. I literally just cut him off due to the fact Im at work and let him know again that Im not home and to speak to his manager. Then I had to repeat myself a third time that I was not home before he said OK bye. You take two steps forward with this company and three steps back.

Dont waste your time here. I made a fairly large purchase (a sectional, a bed, a desk, and a few counter stools) and in-store everything was fine. However, the mess that is customer service overwhelms anything positive I might have thought about shopping here. The furniture delivery went fairly well--although it was difficult to communicate because they barely spoke any English at all. Somehow when they put the couch together, they didnt realize that one seat cushion is entirely wrong in shape and size. It hangs over the edge by 4-5 inches on one side, and about 3 inches on the other. Its very obviously the wrong cushion. Its so ill-fitting that the pieces of the sectional cant even be hooked together because this massive oversized seat cushion is in the way. So the pieces of the sectional just slide away from each other and it looks awful. Obviously I called and asked for the correct cushion. After sending an email with several pictures no one ever contacted me back. When I finally called again they said it would be at least six weeks before they could get the correct cushion made. Six weeks!? Apparently they dont have ANY of these couches in stock where they can just give me the correct cushion and then the store can wait 6 weeks to get the replacement. Since I didnt really want to wait for that I asked if I could just return it and get a different one. They said no because it had been too long since I purchased it! If it had been too long it was because I was waiting for them to contact me back with answers!!! So I set the delivery date for the day after I got home from a business trip. Unfortunately my flight was delayed. Youd think I would just be able to call the delivery man and let him know I would need to reschedule. No again. He did call and leave me a voicemail while I was on my first flight. But I couldnt call him back because he spoke almost no English and I couldnt make out a single word of his voicemail other than furniture, so I had no way of calling back since I didnt have the number. Obviously I didnt get the cushion then. So now its been three months and Ive called more than 10 times. They dont return calls, and no one Ive talked to on the phone speaks enough English for me to understand them. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get what I paid for three months ago. This is just ridiculous. I even called the customer service center and the guy I spoke to there basically gave me the vocal equivalent of a shrug and told me there was nothing they could do. They treat you alright in the store, but once they have your money good luck getting what you paid for. I seriously regret wasting my time in this place.

Absolutely ridiculous! After reading some of the reviews and with the experience I had. I can now say, THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! So I bought a sofa set (on Oct 21st). Salesman told us the sofa was gonna be delivered that Saturday of the same week and that we would have to wait for about 10 days OR LESS, for the love seat (which we agreed and thought was gonna be true). 1st, the sofa never came that Saturday. They said that the last one they had in there had "mistakenly" been taken by another customer. So they said when the love seat arrives they were gonna deliver both together. So I get a call on the 29th (8 days after original purchase) theyre telling me that EVERYTHING would arrive on the 7th of NEXT MONTH( 2 weeks + after purchase). So the 7th comes, and they ONLY brought the sofa saying that the love seat they ordered came "damaged". After arguing on the phone and spending time to try to speak with someone with common sense they said they were gonna find one from a different store and deliver it to me on the 12th. And now I know that I was lied to, that guy just said that to make me feel better (obviously I was so furious over the phone) I called the 12th and they told me they dont have any deliveries for that day. On the 17th I get a call and not even from a human it was a MACHINE TELLING ME that my delivery was gonna be on THURSDAY yes, THURSDAY between 9am and 2pm. Again if youre gonna deliver something.. Arent you suppose to speak with a person first to see if someone is gonna be home @ that time? Or Arent you suppose to call that person and ask them what the best time is for him/her? or dont you know that people work at those hrs on WEEKDAYS. So I called them back to tell them that no one is gonna be home at that time, that a delivery has to be done after 5pm, they said Id have to RESCHEDULE my delirery. 1st of all I never schedule it on the first place, That machine called me to tell me the time and date without my agreement. So now apparently they are gonna deliver my love seat on the 24th. Yes more than a month after I paid for it!
