Sales team at point of install was helpful at point of sale. Opted to pick up our recliners from the store the following Monday and had to pay extra for that option for some reason. Monday no recliners, sales associate made a mistake. The next delivery day to the store is Wednesday now, a full week after the purchase. Call store at noon and rude male sales associate tells me they dont do store deliveries and they wouldnt be in till Thursday. Left for work, three hours later a female sales associate leave a message that they are in fact now delivered to store. Since Im at work I send my girlfriend up with the truck to pick up chairs. When she gets there the rude sales guy says he wont help her load the 2 recliners, its against company policy. For the $1600 I spent you would think he would be more helpful, but I guess the thought of getting his hands dirty on 2 new chairs was more than enough to overcome his ability to be a man and help his female customer. Douche....

1) Prices are negotiable/changeable. This can be good or bad -- you need to pay attention to what the sales person enters as a charge and discount. 2) Delivery is awkward...you can request a certain day and you will get a call later on from an automated system telling you what time on that requested day you will receive your items. The time is automatically allocated to you depending on the deliveries for that day and no person is empowered to change this.

This store false advertises. Came in to buy a leather power reclining sofa and the price advertised on the leather was supposedly for a fabric sofa which they didnt even have any in the store. Why would you have a price on the wrong sofa and not even have the "correct" one in the store. They then proceeded to tell me that an employee tagged it wrong. What an excuse. Will never go here again.

We had a great experience with our first La-Z-Boy furniture experience. The salespeople were friendly and helpful. The selection was good. Everything went exactly as expected with our transaction. Delivery was prompt and our furniture was in great condition.

We bought 2 leather recliners on 1 June 15. The sales lady was knowledgeable and very helpful. There was a nice selection to choose from. The chairs were delivered on the date and time we asked for. All in all a very good experience.

Excellent lumbar support and comfortable chairs, excellent service. Try to buy during a sale weekend. Salesmen take the time to ensure you are receiving what you want/need.

The furniture is really nice in this place but it is way overpriced expected pay several thousands of dollars for a couple of Lazy Boy recliners.
