The sales staff was top notch. They were friendly, informed, patient, and helpful. We bought the Cheswick Manor brand. Unfortunately, once i left the store the warehouse and customer service really soured things for me. Our mattress was delivered wet. When I scheduled to have it replaced, I received a call from customer service inquiring how the mattress got this way. How would I know. It was delivered this way. This questions was posed to me in several different ways during our conversation. Then they were going to get it to me in two days. No that is not acceptable. I demanded the next day. Said they would call me back. They never did. That eve had to sleep on the mattress I was returning as they took my old one. This mattress was hard and both my husband and I woke up with painful necks and backs. This was not the mattress I had picked out. When the new mattress arrived the next day I checked it thoroughly and it seemed fine. Slept on it that night and it was a totally different mattress. We slept great, no hurt backs. I would like to know how two very different mattresses made it to my house. Bottom line, I will go elsewhere when purchasing a mattress in the future.

Mattress Warehouse is great, no pressure, just helpful. Choose the mattress you think is closest to what you will like. Order, 1 week later mattress delivered, they will take your old one away if you want. Now to the best part! If you don’t like your mattress, you have free adjustments" for 30 days. A fantastic idea! I adjusted my bed myself by just going over there and swapping out components. It was easier for me to do that than make an appointment for them to do it for me. You cannot tell from a few minutes in any store trying out mattresses if a particular mattress will work for you. I tried 4 different adjusted combos, all softer than what we ordered before I was happy. This adjustment method is the ONLY way to ensure you will be happy with the end result of your mattress purchase. Highly recommend Mattress Warehouse. This is the best mattress shopping experience I have ever had. Good prices, cheaper than Sleepy’s and great quality. The staff was extremely helpful and wanted the best for us. Not only did they make sure we were happy with our purchase, they personally made sure our delivery went well. By the way, the delivery was on time and quick. Fantastic job!

Phil, the associate assisting us, was incredibly knowledgeable about all the beds and how important it is to have the right bed for your body. I was blown away with the process in which one picks out a bed now. It used to be you go in, lay on a few beds, choose the one that is most comfortable. Not anymore! Even with the technology telling Phil which beds were best for my fiance and I, he still provided an immense amount of information and details about each bed. He also walked around the beds as we were lying on them to make sure our lower back was supported. My fiance and I love our new bed and recommend everyone going to this store and speaking with Phil. It is totally worth it!

Purchased a Cheswick Manor Davenport mattress from Kevin at the Mattress Firm store in Eldersburg. This is our second mattress purchase from this store. Kevin was very professional and extremely helpful. We received a great deal on our mattress and boxspring. The delivery guys were not on time, but actually early! They had the mattress and up in or room and in place in only a few minutes. They were very friendly and pleasant. My buying experience could not have been better! Lonny made things incredibly easy, smooth, and fun, leaving me nothing but excited for my new bed to arrive!!! He directed me towards the best possible match for my back, which was the less expensive of the two I was choosing between; no pressure at all to buy a more expensive product. I also highly recommend using their Bed Match technology - it literally took 3 minutes and helped so much.

I went to the store and purchased a Futon mattress on Saturday with a delivery date for the following Wednesday. I received a call just 1 day prior on Tuesday that my mattress had to be ordered from the warehouse and it would be several more days before another delivery date could be scheduled. Very inconvenient as they are only able to provide a 3 hr time slot for delivery requiring arrangements to be at home yet another day.

My experience was wonderful. I have a prosthetic leg that causes pain so I was really in need of something perfect for me. Lonnie exceeded my expectations. I didnt feel like I was trying to be sold which was a relief. I felt calm and happy throughout the whole process. Im youre average mid 20s female on a tight budget. Everything was affordable and I did not feel pressured. I highly recommend Lonnie and his store.

The store manager was bossy. He was unprofessional cutting down his competitors practices. Although they carry the brand of mattress I want. A tempurpedic. I refuse to buy it there.
