I purchased a set of 4 deck chairs and table with umbrella from Dunnite nearly 20 years ago and weather and use had finally taken their toll. I returned to them and after purchasing the new pole for the umbrella and the new base for the table that I thought would fit, it turned out they did not. The staff did not bat an eye- they were just great about the exchange, helping me to find the appropriate replacements at a very reasonable price. They were very accommodating- they saved me a second trip and delivered the correct-sized items to me, assembled everything to be sure it worked, and they took away the old base and pole and umbrella. I am very happy with my new purchase.The quality of the products they offer is outstanding.You get what you pay for and its nice to know that first rate quality does not have to cost a fortune and that Dunnrite is a business that values the customers satisfaction above all else. They treated me with respect, took their service seriously, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

My husband and I have been looking for two swivel chairs and a small table for our new house deck. We looked everywhere. My husband suggested the we go look at Dunnrite. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we explained to the man what we wanted. He worked with us and we found exactly what we wanted! The cost was reasonable compared to all the other places we looked. After the set was delivered, we had a little issue with the swivel on the one chair. They got a new chair and switched it out. Love it. Id go there again and would DEFINITELY recommend Dunnrite to anyone after our experience.
