This place is the worst place to work at. I was a courtesy clerk for 2 years. You can some Krogers up one sentence. Low pay working every weekend and really bad managers. You start off making minimum wage and you get a raise like every three hundred hours or so and its only a nickel. But then you have the union which will take money out of your paycheck every week and they dont do squat to represent you. Lets not get into a union discussion the management at Krogers was shoddy at best some of the sub managers are pretty all right. Yet the higher up managers where just a mixture of anger and just annoyance. Some of the managers dont consider Baggers to even be proper employees. If you choose to work at Krogers say goodbye to having a life. You hardly ever get the weekends off but thats like any other retail job. Get your home life will suffer as as you would try to plan stuff with your family but sadly you can because youre working. As a bagger you will notice a lot of the other Baggers are lazy and just bad at their job. So if youre a decent person youre going to have to pick up the slack. Which can be frustrating to some people. If the management doesnt really care theyll talk to the bagger that they catch him slacking off or something but nothing ever comes of it. Your hours will be very sporadic sometimes youll get 12 hours sometimes youll get 33 hours. So your life will kind of revolve around Kroger. After Christmas time your hours will be drastically cut which is honestly the best part about after the holidays because you dont have to work or Krogers as much for about a month or two. The only good part of Kroger is that you get a discount on Kroger Brand stuff. Thats the only benefit but you do get food served in the break room on occasion but thats nothing to brag about. If youre a young person looking to work at Krogers dont do it. You will lose valuable time with your family for minimum wage. There are other jobs that pay better and accommodate your family life a lot better than Kroger

I live in mount orab so Kroger is basically my life like it is anyone elses around here and I can say most of the time my experience at Kroger is normal get in and get out and the majority of the employees are friendly and for most part helpful but, more than once I have encountered less than friendly service at the deli where they serve the hot food and fried chicken the middle aged women that work in that department are none the less but rude, every time I go there they act like Im infringing on their time and just have a nasty attitude for instance in the sign above the hot food where they have the meal options it says specifically that they have biscuits my boyfriend asked the woman if they had biscuits and she said no they have rolls I told her nevermind and she had a horrible attitude and acted like I was stupid .,. I just think maybe they should retire or get different jobs because it is very unacceptable and rude to be treated this way and I think Ill make a point from now on to the manager everytime .. which isnt often mainly when we dont want to cook and my boyfriend wants fried chicken, Im not being disgruntled I am simply giving my opinion as a customer and mount orab resident.

Everything was fine,untell we went to check out since theres usually only 3-4 casheirs working at one time we decided to use the self checkout and it took us almost as long to check out than it did to shop for our groceries .the girl who was in charge of the self checkout didnt act like she wanted to help us when the machine kept acting crazy and messing us up to were we had to recheck at least three bags of groceries and we were at the points of just leaving our stuff and going home due too being frustrated about the machine as lack of help . theyre over all had everything needed but better equipment and maybe a few more cashiers would be a great help .

Dont come to Kroger Mt Orab. 9-27-17 ALL THE REFRIGERATION CASES ARE DOWN! Transformer went out. So much for this shopping trip. From produce, deli, seafood, meat and frozen the cases are empty. No scooter carts by the pharmacy entrance. Then I get to the checkout and it is charging me the wrong price on my grapes by a 1.00 a pound. Monitor is telling me help is on the way while I sit and wait the girl to finish talking. Standing there goofing with a hand basket that was sitting on the floor. She kept looking up at me like what now. When the girl fixed the price she said wow that made a difference. Duh Grrr No wonder I shop at Walmart

Best place to shop within 20-30 mile radius. The store is clean, organized and there is always someone around to help you find what youre looking for. During peek hours you will find plenty of samples and several hot-food sampling stations. The products are fresh and the best part is the low prices. I shop here every week and Im never disappointed.

While Im sure the shopping experience is fantastic, I tried to stop by here to use the free wi-fi and do my homework. The speakers in the lunch area are so loud and intrusive that I couldnt focus on reading my assignment, much less try to write a paper. Dont come here if youre looking for a place to get work done.

Love Mt Orab Kroger. Its like a one stop shop. They have clothes, housewares, pharmacy, Starbucks, a bistro that serves good hot food, sushi bar, fresh market, bakery, fresh donuts, deli, jewelry store and us bank. The only downfall with this store is they need to learn to keep their shelves stocked.

I love shopping this store. They always do a good job with customer service, and they also have great sales here regularly. This is a nice place to have out in Brown County, because it gives some upscale grocery experience and services to an area that has none without this store. I shop here all the time.

Horrible customer service!!! Workers do not have a clue what they are doing!! Had the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy today, they have been giving us the run around for 4 days now!! Please save yourself the time and aggravation and go across the street the mt. Orab pharmacy!

A nice big new store. Has a pharmacy with a drive-thru. They always have free samples out near the deli section. They have a reduced price meat bin. They also sell clothes and some furniture at this krogers. They also offer a few automatic checkout registers.

Very bad today! Waited 45 minutes to get cold cuts. Went to Deli to get Cole slaw but left without it. So many empty shelves. Talked to someone in Milford their shelves empty also. Perhaps need more than 1 warehouse to supply these stores.

This Kroger is huge. Its clean and well stocked. Service is fast, courteous, and helpful. Has a Starbucks inside, jeweler, and pharmacy. Never thought Id buy clothes at Kroger, but they have some clothes very similar to Macys.
