I wasnt greeted upon arrival and when I was it was a nasty tone of "can I help you" as if I was in the wrong place or a bother to her. I asked if she had Lego Jaurassic World game or any other Jaurassic World games for Wii or XBOX360 and her response was "they are right there on the wall go look" in a rude tone of voice. I asked well the reason I asked is because Im not sure of the names or of the other Jaurassic World games and if your other stores might carry it. She responded with "this is the only store, just go look theyre in alphabetical order" again in a rude tone and short, like I was stupid! She was very unprofessional and rude! There is a lot of respectable hard working people that need jobs and would be willing to help a customer when they ask a question not just push them away. I wonder why your other stores in Bradenton and Sarasota closed? Probably poor, disrespectful and rude employees that treat their customers as if theyre dumb! If that is how you run your business Im done giving you mine! It will be the last time I walk into that store and Ill let everyone I know about my experience with that nasty employee your business chose to represent their company! Its disgusting and repulsive that I was treated this way and I dont normally take the time to write reviews but other customers new and old and the owners of that shop need to be aware of their very poor employee chasing away customers and putting money into their competitors pocket who obviously is a better ran business! Gamestop will be the only place I purchase from ever again! Im sure its only a matter of time before your last E Tradepost closes its doors too because of bad business values and poor hiring by management! Very unexceptable customer service! I would have given 0 stars if I could have! Also I did eventually find what I wanted but didnt feel like giving a business that treated me so rudely my money. So I just left. I didnt get the girls name but Im sure this isnt the first time shes treated a customer poorly. So shouldnt be too hard to pinpoint the girl employee working on December 9 at about 1:30pm. Also I have been coming to E Tradepost since early 2000s and have always been treated good but not this time! Im done going into there! Thats enough to chase me away for life! In reply to the owners response: Your response wasnt professional whomever you are owner. If it werent for the "tone" in your employees voice I wouldve never been offended! I walked into your store in a great mood! I was shopping for my son for Christmas! Who is in a bad mood over that!? If I wasnt treated as if I were a bother to her instead a patiently waiting customer who had no problem waiting for information about a game for my son for Christmas no matter how long I wouldnt have been mad! You clearly havent reviewed your surveillance system properly or its a poor quality or maybe your even covering or making excesses that I came into the store angry looking for problems and wrote this review out of anger! Like I stated I had been coming there for years! Im 36 and I know when Im not treated right! I worked in retail for years and now am in the hospitality business for over 15 years! I know good and bad customer service when I see it! It is a poor assumption on your part as a owner to reply that this review was out of anger! I wasnt angry until I wasnt treated right! I dont right reviews! I was simply letting an owner of a struggling business know how I felt treated as a longtime customer of your business that has never given me a bad experience before in over 15 years! I would think youd like to rethink your statement on a customer giving you an owner some input on how an employee treated me in your store. Instead your trying to make me look like the problem instead of trying to resolve the poor employment decisions you or your management staff has made! Im not an angry person! Im known as a funny easy to get along with respectable loved by everyone I meet person! You have no idea who I am and its very poor decision to state you do

Called to ask if they were open, was informed yes until 6 on sunday (website said 7) then arrived at 5:39 with 4 yr old daughter looking to trade old games from when I used to play hoping to get her a game with the money I would get from trade in. At that time the girl at the counter says "sorry no trade-ins after 5:30" at that time I asked "can you please make an exception being I drove a half hour to get here" she said "no sir that is our policy". I have issues with this first because I was only 9 minutes past the cut off. Second I called to ask how late you are open, with a name like etradepost you would asume that someone by chance may be coming in to trade in games and if that is your policy you should have told me that on the phone. Third, where is your humanity, with this being a small business you would think you could go out of your way to make someones day....this was really crummy and not a place I will visit ever again. Not to mention my daughter really wanted to get some games and I was going to spend well over what I would have gotten on the trade-ins instead out of frustration bought nothing and left. The person at the counter said Alex is the owner, I ask "Alex, are these the type of people you want working for you?

Learned about this place when I was working in the plaza and got to know the staff. Great people that genuinely care about the customer leaving with what they need. They always give a fair market price for your trade in and even offer 50% more if you choose store credit. I have had game and movie disks that seemed beyond saving repaired for 3 bucks a disk. They repair and refurbish all of the products they take in so you know your getting like new merchandise for Craigslist pricing. I see allot of negativity over their return policy and dont see why its such a big deal. They are up front and make sure you know about it before you purchase. Ive also seen allot of negativity over a female employee there and can say with all honesty she does a great job. I am always reluctant to trust the reviews of people who feel a need to insult the employees over a what is usually an innocent misunderstanding. I would suggest anyone with a passion for gaming, looking for a walk down nostalgia lane, or looking to get rid of some old games or consoles give them a try. Atari to next gen they have your gaming fix.

I am NOT one of the crazy gamers that my life is only dedicated to video games I called the store and made it very simple any Spyro for PS2 or any style of fighting games that is similar to two peopleFighting I got told to go on Google and find out what I wantAll I ask the lady was I dont care what they are any Spyro any fighting game can I have a price so I know what to bring into the store money-wise if you dont want to do your job you should work somewhere else I got told to go to the Google and then call I have been in there many times before there is no reason my she couldnt have looked see how much those types of gamesWhere I done asked her if they have a website or some type of system of what they have in stock due to the fact that they doTake games in on trade long story short she didnt want to do her job
