I am not the one to write bad reviews in a matter of fact this is my first bad review ever. If you are going to buy anything game wise go to best buy, I went in to buy a ps4 when I was checking out the computer systems went down stuff happens I get it then they kept asking me if the transaction went through which I showed on my online banking that it did there was no manager there and they had no idea what was going on there were people walking out of the store they had to call a manager to come which he should have been there or at least some manager after 45 minutes they start to hassle me about getting a receipt which I wanted for proof I bought it along with the ps4 I bought the year ps plus 50$ well when the systems went down it didnt activate it so I called and they said to come back tomorrow and they would give me my money back I didnt care about the money I just wanted the card and I remember them telling me the card was non refundable and I asked them that they said they would still give my money back and to just do ps plus with my debit card well I go to the store today and they refused to give my money back and were very rude I was very calm and understanding up till today what terrible company and workforce they lied! if they would have told the truth I wouldnt be writing this because I understand things happen but he lied and didnt care just to get me off the phone if I could do negative stars I would I will never shop at gamestop ever again and I am mad at myself for spending 450$ at that store. doug was the guy I talked to and who totally screwed me.

Horrible service. Jose argued with me and took insult that I said THE COMPANY made an error, but he felt it was his error and accused me of insulting him. They had Lego Batman 2 for PS3 out on the shelf that my 4-year-old picked out. When I get to counter he says "oh... dont have this " I said "okay, I will get something else..." he replied "well we close in a few minutes". Okay Jose, I have to make my kid happy and find something else. Went to the shelf, found a game, and brought it back to him (in less than two minutes ). The game rang up $5 more than the Lego Batman 2. I said, "I want a discount because of Gamestops error". He argued with me and said I came up to him and was insulting him because they had a game on shelf that wasnt really available. Gamestop itself is great, but this location is a joke. First review, but have had numerous bad experiences at this location.

This place is a joke honestly i dont know how legally these crooks get away with what they do. I sold my ps4 and got an xbox off craigslist i went to trade in black ops 3 from my old ps4 because i got the xbox and black ops 3 for the xbox aswell well i went to trade in bo3 (ps4) for advanced warfare (xbox1) and the fat lazy curly haired prick who couldnt seem to stay off his cell phone to do his job said that the value of black ops 3 for a trade in was only 2$ yes that is $2.00. But to buy black ops 3 from them it is nearly 50 dollars. And advanced warfare the game that is older than black ops3 was $39.00 how can the newest released call of duty on a trade in inly be worth 2 dollars? Rediculous

I had not stepped foot into a gamestop in a number of years due to an unpleasant experience with an associate. After walking in I was greeted with a very warm welcome. When asking questions about a few games I had been debating on purchasing the associate Ryan was very informative about the games and made the experience that much easier narrowing my decision to the game that Im happy with. On another note the associate by the name of Deanna, helped finalise my purchase and help setup a rewards membership. Im very happy with my shopping experience that I will be making more stops at this store.

I have tried calling this store for a few days now, about 5 times a day and they never answer the phone. When I finally got someone to answer he was very short and rude and refused to answer my question. By far the worst gamestop employees I have ever dealt with. With gamestop employing people like this I will just shop on amazon for now on.

Worst game store chain ever. They treat their employees like crap so you cant blame them for doing a horrible job. Who in their right mind would want to work there and actually do a good job. They rip people off on trade ins and overprice all preowned games. They wanted $24 for forza 4 used, which I found new on craigslist for $5.

With digital game purchases on the rise, I have been going to Gamestops less and less. But upon visiting this Gamestop once, I was immediately drawn in thanks to the fun people who work there. These workers know how to make you want to stay! Theyre well informed on everything in the store and have great personalities.

Awful service, many people employed there dont know what theyre talking about. On top of that are very rude and tend to ignore you for their own conversations irrelevant to the job. De Soto mall is a much safer bet when you want to get game, information or just better customer service.

I preordered Pokemon moon so a copy should be reserved for me right? Well I went their to go pick it up and the girl couldnt find the copies. How does that make any sense? Thats pathetic. So now I have to go back the next day and get it.

Customer service was horrible the tall cashier didnt even try offering to reserve a game and I didnt get even a welcome to gamestop, all the games prices didnt even match up. Last time Im going to that gamestop

Hands down the worst place Ive gone to, would rather go to Walmart and deal with more pleasant people. Never answer the phone, and are rude if they do and never work with you at all.
