I stopped in Furniture and Mattress Outlet because I saw some bean bags out front and thought about buying one for nostalgic reasons. When I walked in I was greeted by Kim. She was exceptionally friendly, even though I wasnt going to be spending much money. She asked for and took an interest in the reasons why I was buying, and shared some of her own personal stories. Right about then, Todd came in and joined our conversation. I felt like I was with family on a holiday. They seemed to genuinely care about me, my family, and even my dog. I had planned on buying a new bed soon, so the conversation turned to mattresses. Todd insisted I lay down on the ones that interested me rather than just looking and pressing on them with my hands. When I woke up to breakfast and coffee the next morning, I knew exactly which mattress was for me. I didnt really fall asleep (for that long), but I really did find who Ill be buying all of my furniture from for now on. Ive never had that great of customer service in my life. Why would I want to go anywhere else. I might even try to buy my next car from them also. Oh, along with my new bed, I ended up buying 2 bean bag chair instead of just one. If you need new furniture, or even think you might, do yourself a favor and see Kim and Todd at Furniture and Mattress Outlet in Waxahachie.

I was a little concerned reading the other google reviews, but I figured I would at least take a look. The showroom was adequate, the rep knew enough about mattresses but wasnt too "sales-y". They told me theyd call me back with some quotes for what I was looking for. The owner called me and I ended up going with a good firm queen and box set for under $500. Then came the delivery. I was promised between 5 and 6. I got a call saying the driver had a flat and was running late. I was worried because I already moved my old mattress away and if they didnt arrive we would have nothing to sleep on. Well, the driver kept her word and although she was a couple hours late, she came through and moved everything inside for me. Im very happy with the mattress, and the process overall. Very professional and courteous. They delivered same day for a reasonable fee. My only feedback is they should have called me before they missed the initial delivery window to let me know they were running late and kept me update on their ETA, since I got a little nervous thinking wed be sleeping with the kids tonight. Thus the 4/5 starts. Will definitely consider shopping there again! Great prices. Good quality.

Very rude place, they are definitely the worst people Ive ever dealt with. Me and my wife went in there trying to get a sofa, we put a down payment and on the contract it says if you ever wanted a refund they would take 25 percent of it. So My wife called and told them we wanted a refund we ended up not getting wanting the sofa anymore and basically told her no theres no refunds only store credit when the contract lt clearly states you can have a refund. They were arguing over the phone and the guy with the crazy eyes hanged up. This place should be shut down, they are bad people to do business with.

Product was not received when promised, when I called to check on the ETA, they wouldnt answer the phone. Terrible service, ended up canceling order. The building was even closed during business hours! Proceed with caution!

Order pub tables for the bar and grill projected. No problems at all. Got a Great price on all 60 of them. Would highly recommend for anyone in the bar industry. More I ordered better the price. Totally unreal deals!!

Im not a customer I own alot of the metal art and western decor thats in that store and I have not revieved any money for it. He takes advantage of the old and to me hes a thief.

Nothing good to say about this place. Pretty sure "owner" was drinking glass of wine or some kind of alcohol. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone
