I went to carite looking for a nice vehicle for my family and they sold me a lemon. I got the vehicle in February and by March it had broke down. I took it back right away and was informed that it was not safe for me to drive. They gave me a rental car that I had to pay 29.99 a day with insurance on top of still paying the note for this vehicle. The vehicle was in the shop from March all the way until Septemberand its still not fixed. They said its an electrical issue. All the car notes that I paid down the drained. They offered me another Dodge Journey like I had but I decline. They didnt even give me a Change to think about what I wanted to before I was kicked out the rental car that I had. They gave me 1400 back but mind u thats not as nearly as much money as I was out. I hope that you find this helpful I have made several complaints because Im still not satisfied. I feel like I was taken advantage of because they knew I needed a car. They only offered me one car to switch with and that was the journey. He said that all the cars that they had in my price range. Please beware this place is a SCAM in my opinion. They try to patch things up instead of fixing it. The vehicle even had a hole in the floor. The note was 156 a week and they didnt even want to honor that. This is really unfair. Please check around before you go here. Its seems good but its really not. The sale guys just lies to you... Thanks for reading. I have contacted the news and the licensing bureau to see if its something that can be done about my situation.

They sold my father a flood damaged vehicle without him being aware of the actual condition of the vehicle. He was forced to sign a document that will not allow him to return the vehicle either. Be extremely careful about any vehicle youre interested in purchasing off of this lot, have a mechanic YOU TRUST verify the condition of the vehicle before purchase. I was unable to look at the car before my father purchased it but as soon as I saw the car in person I knew it had been under water and flood damaged. The entire under carriage is rusted, as well as the seat rails on the inside of the car (my 85 Camaros seat rails dont even have rust and the vehicle is 30 years old). The wiring underneath the dash is extremely stiff and there is even dirt located under the hood of that vehicle where I have never seen dirt before (the water rose high enough to deposit the dirt in crevices). This vehicle is an 05 with less than 85k miles on it which he already overpaid $2,000 for, not even considering the flood damage which depreciates the value of the car substantially. It broke my heart having to tell my father that the vehicle he was so happy about was not in the condition he thought it was and that he had been ripped off. We even ran a carfax against the VIN and the only thing it showed was mileage inconsistencies (which may indicate that the dashboard had been replaced due to the flood damage). Be extremely cautious with any vehicle you plan to purchase from this company.

We were so excited to finally find the Jeep Patriot that we wanted. Before we paid for it, our salesman pointed out some rust on the back two wheel wells. He said we could bring it back in 2 days and they would have it sanded and painted at no charge, awesome! We brought it home and I noticed there was an error message in the dash about tire sensors. I also noticed some squeaking coming from the undercarriage (suspension I assumed). When we brought it back to get painted, I told them about the error message and the squeaking. They put tire sensors on it (there were none) and sanded/painted the back wheel wells at no charge. They said they could not hear any squeaking. This was in the first week of May 2015. The squeaking continued to get louder and louder and was happening every time I went over even the smallest bump. Finally I decided it needed to be looked at before anything happened. Our warranty is not a full warranty so we will be paying a $72 diagnostic fee, $100 deductible, and $80 for the repair. $252 out of our pocket for something that was happening the day we got it. I mentioned it to the serviceman that I had mentioned the squeaking the first day we brought it in but he didnt seem to care. *update* After having to go through a few people all the way up to the GM, they ended up only charging us $100 (deductible) because we mentioned it the first time we brought it in. Still not thrilled, but that helped.

Wow, where do I start? When I first purchased my Chrysler 200 2012 from Car Rite Madison Heights, MI. The sales person (Paris) was very nice. He made sure I left with a nice car, and I am thankful on his behalf. One week later, I noticed my breaks were making a loud noise. I went back to the service department and they stated nothing was wrong with my car. Then one month later, the noise got louder. A few days ago, I could not take the noise anymore. So I went back to the service center. Demetrius told me I needed breaks and rotors all around the car. I asked what type of warranty I had, and he said I did not have one because I had to many miles. I spoke with his manager, Laurie and she backed him up. Even though I inquired about my breaks many times before they decided I needed new ones, that was not taken up for consideration. They charged me $100 to tell me that btw, and they also told me it was going to 430.00 to complete this repair! Absolutely not! I took my car to another car shop to get a second opinion and they let me know, the only thing wrong with my car was the front rotors, and breaks 180.00. Needless to say, I felt scammed, and finessed. I will never ever recommend anyone buying or financing a car from CARite Madison Heights, MI. PS. As my car was getting diagnosed it was crashed???? So they had to do body work which was mediocre!!!!

Hussain, Lillian, and Miles are beyond awesome! My customer service experience was more than I expected. I definitely expected to have an awesome experience, but not to this degree. First, Hussain arranged for someone to pick me up from my home to see about purchasing a vehicle from them. (Thanks Tyler for waiting on me...lol) Lillian helped me decide on what vehicles would be best all in my price range and style. She even drove me to my home to pick up the vehicle I wanted to use as a trade in. (Long story but a happy ending...lol) Miles helped with the financing and helping me to start building my credit (which was very low, by the way..so embarrassing but it happens to us all) All three of them showed an interest in me and what I do for a living and it was just awesome conversation. I have heard many good reviews about Carite including the Madison Hieghts location. Again, i knew i would have an awesome experience, but never to this degree. AS A YOUTUBE CONTENT CREATOR (channels, BeautyCutright and BeautyCutrightFitness) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carite of Madison Heights if you are looking for a car and have any issues you think may hinder...they will get it together and work with you. There is so much I could say about my experience and all they have done for me, but I think its best YOU come and see for yourself.
