If your a woman and tured of autopart stores herking you around. This Autozone wont treat you any different. I took my battery to Napa last week and they saud my battery wouldnt charge. It was dead. Funny, Autozone charged it and put their stamp on it and my RV has started up on furst try everytime. Even staying charged after charging 2 5000mah power paks for Cell phone and tablet. They have great service and not snobby like Napa. I am trailer trash and a 6 yr old battery needs replaced. Yeah! But not from them. So ladies. Tell Autozone that Deuce the Homeless Chihuahua and Denise Murray sent you.

I have purchased a few parts here and they were always friendly and had what I needed. Exception was today. I called them asking about a cap and rotor for my car. The clerk told me it didnt have one. I saw the part on Autozones own site and offered him a part number. He told me their site is full of it and I should contact a mechanic. Unless I know exactly what I want and have no other choice, I wont be back

While I generally like the service here, there were two employees smoking out front when I arrived this morning. It made my car fill up with their cigarette smoke, which is incredibly gross. Maybe find a new smoking area--one thats not right in front of the doors into the store would be good.

if i could give half a star i would very very poor management staff doesnt know a difference between their ass and a hole in the wall ... better to just spend the extra few dollars and go to napa sure they cost more but atleast you know what your working with

I use AutoZone pretty much because of their warranties and other things like that but they never really have but it seems like in-depth educated employees they know enough to get by but they are kind of expensive compared to other places theyre reasonable

Very helpful staff--which was great considering I brought a completely dead car into their parking lot. :) They were able to tell me exactly what I needed and installed it for me (in the rain, even) free of charge.

The manager working on March 7 around noon (didnt get his name) was extremely helpful in getting us in, served and out the door again with minimum hassle. Gave some non-technical people like us a good experience

Weekdays are your best bet of getting service in under 30 min. I avoid weekends as much as possible. Even if you can get what you want off the shelf they do not have a dedicated cashier so you wait.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Diagnosed my bad battery, told me where to get a cheaper one, then when I came back with it they leant me the tools to install it. Great place.
