I had been using Discount for the last 7 years for all my vehicles, but not anymore. After breaking my studs on a visit simply to rotate my tires, I was told by an employee there to "get it fixed at any auto shop" when I got my vehicle back. Not knowing what studs were, I drove off since they took one and a half hours to get the job done and I was running late. Having understood what studs were after sending it for a repair and getting an education on it, I must say I am appalled that Discount Tire told me to do that!! Even though he helped to submit a reimbursement claim for my repair bill, there was no apology from the store manager for letting this happen to me and according to the Claims rep I spoke to, he suggested that only half my bill be reimbursed and only because "I was a good customer". I finally got my money back in full and only after hinting that this was liability issue with the claims guy, and I am not going back to Discount.

Worse experience Ive ever had! I went there a couple months ago to get rims and tires and spent almost $1800. The tires light went on in my dashboard I asked them why and they told me to drive for about 20 miles and it will go off. I drove many more miles and the light never went off I called back to the store they told me to bring the car after one hour they told me that I have to change one of my tires sensors so I did for $65 light didnt went off I went back to a different store and they told me that I have to change the other sensor!! Why cant they figure out what the problem is since the beginning!! I changed the other sensor and the damn light still on! I just dont understand why they cant fix it or tell me exactly what the problem is instead of making me waste all this money and time! Ive been getting all my tires from this place for the past 6 years for my 3 cars but now I wont ever go back again.

First time I visit, it was due to a flat, although they were closing already the manager help me out and give me a spare tire (my actual one was really old and it had no more thread) at no cost at all!!! Me and my wife where speechless of this, i mean you heard of miracles happening but never thing something like that will ever happened to you...since then we became costumers and the service and attention they provide is just awesome!! They really care about their costumers and treat them well providing free coffee or bottle waters when waiting for service....plus free air, tire balancing and rotation.. this is just an awesome place to get new tires!!!

Just came back from this Discount Tire at Hanover Park. Very professional. I bought a used Nissan Sentra for a daily that had bad tires and was wanting to get them replaced. I worked with Anthony initially when he helped me pick out tires. He found me a great set of Falken seasonals. Immediately the car was taken in and then both he and Doug showed that I had siezed TPMS sensors. Doug worked with me to get a great and manageable price for new sensors without me even asking. The staff was swift, efficient, friendly, and professional. Enviornment was clean and comfortable. I am overall thoroughly impressed. All expectations exceeded.

Bought 4 tires with full warranties for an Audi A7, within 10 days one of the tires went flat and damaged the rim. Service department was unnecessarily rude and did not order the tire and/or put my spare on in a timely manner. Ended up waiting 70min for them to complete, while they helped other customers in front of me. To add insult to injury, they refused to cover the damage to the rim, and wanted me to purchase an additional warranty on the new tire. Price may be cheaper initially, but youll end up paying the same amount as anywhere else as youll end up spending time and money on additional work.

Not worth it, although they do have friendly staff I would advise anyone to stay away. Ever since I bought tires from here I have brought my car in multiple times due to tpms lighting up. I got so frustrated to the point that I had them print out all of the days I visited this location, turns out I was going there about 2-3 times a month. This is absolutely ridiculous considering the amount I paid for "good tires". Guess who has to go get their car checked again this week? Oh me.

The crew there is great!! They were so incredibly busy when I went but they treated each customer with a great attitude and care. They didnt have the tire I needed so they had to order it. While I waited for it to come in they were kind enough to let me use a loaner which saved me from having to figure out how to get around for a few days. Super nice guys and very hard working!!

Very impressed by the customer service. I had a man named Nick Pokorny help me out. He went out of his way to fit me in on my tight schedule. He was honest and had me in and out in 25 mins. I would definitely recommend this place. Affordable, good warranties, clean shop, and people who care about the business. As long as he is part of their team youre in good hands.

I ask for 2 rear tires, for my BMW. They tire technician check them and he said leave the car here and come back after 2:30. After 2 hours wait I received a call that they wont be able to put 2 tires, they cant combine with my from ones. I understand but why, he didnt tell me from the starts and save me time. Not got to do buissniss with this store Brain

This sucks like hell!!!! No one does our work properly. We waited 3 hrs at thier shop and ended up with only tires chenged. Then, when we left, since we had staggered tires. 2 big ones in the back, and 2 small ones in the front. They put the big ones in the front abd the small ones in the back!!!! Outrage!!!!!!!!! I hate these guys!!!

worst people , dont trust them at all total creep. I bought all 4 tire from them few months ago and my both rear tire thread left in few months. I had warranty of 5 yrs/50,000 miles I went there after 8 months and they were like ohh you didnt rotate your tire and all these so now we can replace tire . Total scam be aware...

Called to get a quote for my tires. Asked for a price and how I could go about, asking if they were available to do it today. Whoever I was on the phone there stayed silent for about 5 minutes only asking once while laughing if I was looking for the prices. Then he just told me to come in to take a look at my car.

Tim D. and his guys were great. I came in to get my wheels/tires mounted and balanced, and they did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and careful with my set of wheels. Will definitely be going back to get tires for my truck when the time comes. Its the areas own pit crew.
