I was there today for the second time after looking elsewhere and deciding Id rather give Schuler my money, since they spent time and energy with me figuring out what I needed for my 60 mile walking pilgrimage in Spain next month. John, the assistant manager, was the perfect customer service professional. He asked me all the right questions about what gear I had, and shared his knowledge about what he knew would make the trip the most enjoyable for me. Im soooooo glad I went there! Highly recommended. And Ill never buy crappy shoes again.

Never again, saleswoman greeted me with distain, so i asked for the slip resistant shoes, she showed me their 3 options, and they were all over a $100 each. When I turned to look for the saleswoman she was like twenty feet away.

I highly recommend Schuler shoes, as their salespeople really just want to help. Yes, their prices are more than other shoe stores, but their shoes are also of a supremely high quality.

Great staff, very helpful. They helped me find a great shoe that cushioned my flat feet, supported my over pronation, and fit my custom orthotics. Wish I had found this store years ago.
