Im new to the Nashville area and just recently asked the love of my life to marry me. Before I proposed, I wanted to find a smaller jeweler because I knew they would be able to offer me personal, detailed, and quality service. I searched around the Nashville area and struck gold when I found Ms. Carolyn! I inquired online and she called me back and left the sweetest voicemail. From the start, I could tell that she was very genuine and really had a desire to help me find what was right for the one I love so dearly. She of course wanted to hear the story about me and Gracie. I really felt like she cared and was so excited for me to ask the BIG question. Ms. Carolyn worked with me and my budget to get the most perfect ring and diamond. We were able to design exactly what I wanted. I was blown away at how beautiful it was. More importantly, Gracie was blown away! Gracie says it is the most beautiful ring she has ever seen! I did a ton of research on diamonds and rings as well as prices for diamonds and rings. I talked with jewelers, visited many stores, read and researched all about diamonds, and looked at many diamonds. I can tell you confidently and happily that Ms. Carolyn only carries excellent diamonds! The one I picked out was beautiful and clear. I developed a good eye for seeing inclusions, black spots, and other flaws in diamonds and the one I found for Gracie is excellent! Ms. Carolyn worked with me and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan on going back to her. One of the most important things you need in a jeweler is trust. Ms. Carolyn has been in the jewelry business for many years and is one to trust. I highly recommend and I am excited about visiting her again in the future! My best advice is to go in and talk with Ms. Carolyn.

Carolyn and her family team treat every customer with the utmost professionalism, and at the same time, like family. This is true for purchases large or small; even for the most minor of services, there is an "above and beyond" ethic that is rare in retail today. Carolyn has a level of insight and knowledge here that most other stores in town cant touch, but the combination of fantastic service with that expertise simply makes shopping here an unbeatable experience. After going to so many shops with my fiancé, I was convinced that no jeweler was really going to understand what I wanted. Every jeweler tried to push something on me even after I brought pictures and described what I wanted. Lindell was SO totally different! After five minutes talking with the staff they were recommending wedding rings that were timeless, and my style, instead of just what was popular right now. My husband and I ended up custom designing a ring based on a picture, and a ring they had in the shop. The ring maker sent us detailed photos and blueprints before she casted the ring. The shop worked with us on price, and on adding in two diamonds from my grandmothers wedding ring. This shop is THE BEST! I couldnt be happier!!

I brought in some family trinkets (bracelet and a ring) that needed repair and a thorough cleaning. Although the items were not monetarily valuable, they meant a lot to me because my grandmother gave them to me before she passed away. I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail. Every customer gets treated graciously regardless of how much you spend. Once I received my jewelry back, tears welled up in my eyes. The jewelry looked brand new and even better than when my grandmother wore them originally!

Overpriced Im all for shopping local and having small business make a profit.... but $20 to have two watch batteries replaced is a bit steep. In addition, no one called to let me know the items were ready....I had to follow up with them. Unfortunately, Ill have to find someone else to change batteries going forward.
