Tillis Jewelry is simply the best there is. Rick is a former fire fighter for one and is an awesome guy! When I began looking for my wifes engagement ring, Rick was extremely knowledgable and patient. He wasnt pushy at all and went above and beyond to help. When I couldnt find exactly what I wanted, he offered to design my ring. We sat down and he drew out a rough sketch on a napkin and I never dreamed it would turn out the way it did! I wish I could post a picture on this review because you just simply have to see it. The detail in the ring is beyond words and my wife still gets stopped all the time about her ring! Rick is very reasonable and worked with me on my budget for the ring. He did so exceptionally well that we had him design my wedding band and my wifes wedding band as well. I am an avid motorcycle rider and he created a ring that resembles motorcycle tire tread. I cant say enough good things about Tillis Jewelry, it is worth the drive and you will be very very happy when you go there

I had a wonderful experience working with Courtney M at Tillis. I described the engagement ring I wanted then to design in just a few words and brought some pictures of what my now fiancé had in mind or was hoping for. Courtney had me feeling confident about the processes in just a few minutes. They designed her ring in a couple of weeks and sent me CAD images to sign off on. Once I signed off on the design (first images by the way), I had the ring way sooner than expected. My fiancé loves the ring! We also went back for our wedding bands (and even got a discount). They were able to mail them to us, which was a big help. Courtney really knows her stuff and made this easy on me. Thank you Courtney!

I had been searching and searching for the perfect ring for my fiancé and when I saw the piston ring I just knew it was perfect for him and it means a lot to both of us we are very into cars and it was the only thing that I saw that I just knew it would be perfect for him and that he would truly love it. I cant wait to put it on his hand when we say I do! Tillis has been an amazing experience they even engraved the inside of the ring for me and since I dont live in the state they kept in close contact with me and sent me a picture before shipping and I ordered it on Monday and it came on that Friday, I simply love Tillis it has been a wonderful experience for me! I would recommend it to anyone!

Went to shop local and was VERY glad I did. Mrs Tillis and her staff had to be the most accommodating Jewelers I have ever visited. They were as helpful as could be and I felt absolutely no pressure at any time. The best part is the in house jewelry smith that can create or make alterations to literally anything. I was going to have to wait 9 weeks to order my size ring in Franklin; they altered it just the way I asked in 3 days!!! Absolutely amazing. I am telling everybody to drive to Lewisburg and give them a shot!

Ive been to Tillis Jewelery several times and have always been very pleased. The last time we came in we brought some antique jewelry that belonged to my wifes grandmother. She wanted to update it and make the pins into necklaces. She gave Rick some ideas and he ran with it. A week or so later we picked it up and all the pieces all looked great.
